ОтветитьLove the leaving the room when somebody is eating a bad-for- you snack. My husband eats an ice cream every night. If he does, I suddenly want every sugar snack there is. I'm fine with him having his ice cream due to HIS situation, but it doesn't work for me.

You mentioned in this video about not adding sweeteners/favorers' to your water. What about "MIO" it is ZERO cal and has NO sugars in it?

ОтветитьGreen tea works best for me. After drinking black coffee in the morning, I make myself a large can of green tea (no sweetener/no milk) to drink during my fasting period.
ОтветитьFighting a fungated breast tumor cancer (fenben, ivermectin carnivore) and am on a one day water fast. 87 and only 85 lbs, so can't afford more weight loss. Day is almost over and your excellent butter/salt tip has saved me from not finishing this needed fasting day. Thanks again!!!❤

ОтветитьLet me give a tip that I’ve picked up too, slightly related to this. Let’s say you’re about to start a new tv show. Try to create healthy associations with that show. Never let yourself eat shitty foods while watching that show. If you watch the show while eating ice cream, you’re gonna create a mental association with that show with shitty foods and you’ll powerfully crave them when watching it. Try to create healthy associations as much as possible to make things easier

The one thing that I miss in all these vids.....it is a process and journey to get to the level of eating one meal a day......if you do snack, snack on the healthiest option possible. I prefer raw veggies(carrots/tomatoes/gherkins etc, fatty biltong(dried meat) or biltong sticks, boiled egg/cheese. Your fasting times will gradually improve, Don`t be to harsh on yourself in the beginning......keep stuffing yourself with proper dense food. Raw veggies and protein....your body will become "properly nourished within a week or two and you will find yourself eating less---to the point where you can do one meal a day
this is actually a gold mine of information.
