7 Tomato Growing Mistakes to Avoid

Hi jag,
Do Tomato suckers produce fruits and flowers? My tomatoe plant has a sucker near to the top of the plant and it has flower blooms. Can I pls know whether these blooms can produce fruits? Or do I need to remove that sucker? 🔴 Pls rply...🔴

I grow my tomatoes in pots, and too soon they started flowering. I am just wondering why the flowers are way tooooo small. What seems to be wrong?

What to do if leaves in my plant are curling

1.Firtilizer - more nitrogen makes bushes
2.Sunlight is important
3.Spacing is important between plants
4.Plant tomato saplings sideways wit stem inside ground
5.Removing suckers gives big more tomatoes

Can confirm that this farm produces TOP NOTCH quality tomatoes. I have always thought I was allergic but I turns out I am just allergic to pesticides that the grocery store tomatoes have. My tomato plant has only 2 tomatoes attached to it. Those two tomatoes grown a little but now its not growing. Its flowering, i am hand pollinating it, thise are getting polinated but tomatoes are not growing after pollination. I am adding fertilizer vermicompost + npk. I am also giving epsom salt water in a month. I am pinching its all leaves continuously to save its enery for fruit growth. But the fruits are not growing. Please help.

Thanks, I wish I had seen this before my cherry tomatoes had turned into big bushes. Going to try and prune some. I have fruit growing, just need to get these plants under control and I will make sure to let the drip do its thing and stop extra watering.

But honestly, I’m so confused as how to properly water my tomato plant.

1- Some people suggest to water accordingly prior to getting flowers and once you have flowers or when it produces tomatoes, you need to water daily, and in the mornings.

2- Some others say, don’t water daily. only water when the top 2 inches of the soil is dried out otherwise you are promoting a bushy leafy plant instead.

I don’t know which is correct. I appreciate suggestions and any words of wisdom.

I left my young heirloom tomato plants in the hot Texas weather and they wilted and died so moved them to a greenhouse. Some are growing well after 4 weeks but other are still so tiny. What should i do to encourage growth? Thanks

I wish I saw this video in the spring! I bought heirloom plants to try, 1 indeterminate and 1 determinate. The indeterminate has a lot of small green fruit on it. I got so excited, but weeks later and nothing is going on with them. Not getting bigger or riper :( I know what to fix for next year though. The indeterminate, I guess I can still have hope for. It doesn't have nearly as much fruit as the indeterminate but the fruit it has is a little bigger

This is super helpful. It's my first time growing produce, and I've had mixed results. My beefsteak tomato plants have some rapid growing fruit, but not much in quantity. I also have a sweetie that has tons on it, but they've been slow to get bigger. Given that my plants look like a jungle, I'm probably over-watering them. I'll definitely try your methods.

Do you have a video on how you create the string support. for 2 weeks of the summer i am not home to water and prune and no one who waters my garden takes care of my garden. when i come back they are out of control and drooping. this technique would help me i would love to know how you do it. because my way is just okay but needs to be adjusted when i'm away and no one does it for me.
