Why did he give her NARCAN? That’s the only thing I don’t understand. Was he trying to make it look like he was trying to revive her or was he actually trying to revive her? I’m curious to know how much was in her system. But, even with that and even if they were getting high together… I still think he did this to kill her… maybe he changed his mind and gave her NARCAN… so many twists and turns. Regardless I think he is guilty.

I think Janet knew which makes her evil too. She stood by and watched two kids lose their mom. She should have gone to the police the second she knew his plan.

Just him saying he didn’t know if she had a pulse was a huge red flag. He was too well trained to not know how to check someone’s pulse. Being in scrubs etc…his whole story was bizarre. I’m curious why anyone would think he was innocent

The husband was an absolute idiot. But the major issue that sticks out to me is the deceased wife. There was absolutely zero 'self-love' and it ultimately got her murdered. It's the tragic mistake I see amongst women. Self love would've dictates that marriage was no longer what she invisioned for herself and her children. The husband didn't and no longer fit what she wanted for herself. How different her outcome would've been and her children's lives would've been had she packed them up went back home or just started over in her career and goals where her true happiness was still waiting. She probably would've found the relationship she truly wanted to experience and leave the current husband with his mistress. Let her have him, he's a cheater and will eventually cheat on her, and she on him. Stop trying to control people. It doesn't work. You just get depressed because what your not giving yourself is self love and blaming your mate for it. Stop making about them and focus on you and the children.

Why is narcan evidence that it was accidental OD? Narcan wouldnt reverse any of those meds ! And Versed does have a reversal agent so why didnt he do that then hes a crna he would have done that hundreds of times. Janet seems guilty to me saying they injected each other. And also if the comments are true shes now an NP thats crazy since she "admitted" to abusing drugs stolen from the hospital.

Janet works as an NP at a local ER. (Laredo avoid that standing er on bullock ;) north Laredo) that’s where she worked last year. She finished her school after being given immunity and became an NP. For some reason- while his drug abuse was reported to the board- I don’t see that hers ever was. He lost his license for it. It’s public record. This happened pending the trial start.

The boys were with his mother the whole time. In fact- even though he changed his social media name- he would post photos leading up to trial as he had access to the boys under her supervision. The boys lived with their friend for a month- till the mother came down and now let’s pray she does better with them than she did her sociopathic son. You gave the mother WAY too much credit Annie. Yours is the best documentary of all of them- I commend you greatly. But his mother was not blinded by love for her son- she was an abuser or Maria too. Maria loved her.
Janet admitted to abusing substances with him and was able to better her life. There are A LOT of men who have experience with her and she’s always been this way. Joel, his mother and her- all terrible people.

My understanding of Narcan is that it is injected like an epi-pen, not directly into a vein. So why would anyone assume that the mark on her elbow is from Narcan/Naloxone?

I mean as far as having medical stuff in your home, I am guilty of using syringes for many different things and same with tourniquets. If the police searched my house, they would probably think that they’re gonna get lucky with all the supplies I have in my house, but the only actual drug I have is weed lol

Are you saying clonazepam or clozapine? With medications, the names can be so similar that you have to pronounce them correctly to fully understand. Such as erythromycin and azithromycin sound extremely similar if you don’t annunciate them.

Narcan isn’t given into a vein. If you have the injection version of Narcan, it’s injected into the muscle so if that injection mark was over a vein that doesn’t make any sense. Most Narcan nowadays is actually a nasal spray, but there are still some injectable versions of Narcan. I was wondering if the Narcan came from the paramedics who were trying to save her life for the police officers who were the first responders maybe

I used to work in an er trauma center and you would be surprised with the stuff I would bring home in my pocket, I swear I would come home with the whole IV cart in my pocket. I was so tried I forgot to empty my pockets. Also I live in scrubs the fabric is really the only thing I can stand because I have worn them every day for the past ten yrs. You get so used to them. This is horrible, poor Maria and her family. He seems like a monster
