I had thought of this video since the Changi Skytrain Video

I rode that monorail before, but I was so young I did not remember anything. The only thing I remembered was the advertisement outside for an airline that used purple as its main colours.

The only reason and explain action was “wildlife issues” due to few/some incidents of birds getting hit and struck by the panorail train…

Maybe consider more video discussing future plans like you did with CAL2TEL? There's much more room there, since there are only so many old rail lines in Singapore. There's technically the steam trams that's left, but research will be a headache

i wonder if anyone remembers the narrow gauge ( I think) railroad at Singapore zoo I cant seem to find much about it

In the final years of the Panorail, the cars were decorated in a purple paint scheme as Thai Airways was a sponsor of this ride before closure in 2012.

Yea i rode that before. It was on its final years in around 2010-2011. Kinda cramp tho those seats especially near the doors and yes they were in Thai airways overalls lowkey looks fantastic at that time

Wow. I did not know that there was even a monorail at the bird park

While having been to the old site of Jurong Bird Park (and really enjoying it) multiple times in the past 10 years, I never noticed something that could've sparked the thought of that there once was a monorail. Thank you for letting me know!
Btw, now that the park has moved to Mandai, an MRT station is being built at the old site? Oh, how much easier would it have been to go from Holland Village to the (old) Jurong Bird Park, without having to switch to a bus for the last mile.

Jurong Bird Park is now closed 😢 but will have a place in our hearts
