Ответитьif you too are a mid winter, older person who hasn't been working out, maybe this will work for you. I put it at .75 playback speed until I get the coordination. I like this it doesn't bore me or hurt. Someone in the comments said this would be good for ADHDers which is why I chose it!
ОтветитьI love this workout. It's quick and effective and sets me up for the day mentally and physically. It's perfect for people who suffer mild arthritis because there's no pressure on joints and it really helps with mobility. It's very easy to incorporate as a daily or thrice weekly routine. A 'spring chicken effect' for me. Makes me want to run and leap over things which is not my thing. Love it. Thank you, Mik.

ОтветитьI love these workouts. The step step knee is my least favorite. I like following routines and that particular exercise really messes up my flow and routine. It’s not fun. All the other workouts you do are awesome and effective.
