Yeesh. My most popular work--a TikTok series called CaFae Latte--was 100% inspired by a popular Tumblr prompt. A fact that I have talked about multiple times. Obviously, even with those first few skits, I did my own spin on the prompt, with original characters, magic system, storyline, etc. It's called creativity. And even when a fan gives me an idea for a new skit, I make sure to note in the description where that idea came from.

There's nothing wrong with borrowing content or even copying ideas. Ideas =/= fully-fleshed out stories. But at least try to come up with something different, put your own mark on it, and give credit where it's due.
