Unfortunately as always China take this opportunity for produce similar creams with similar labels (almost identical) easy to be found also on Amazon. Pay attention to what you all purchase because we all know china make all sort of toxic stuff... I'm Italian and on Amazon there are maybe 15 Anna's cream all from China.

I used yam cream pre-menopausal to help balance hormones. It works! Go to your local health food store and you will find some. It's very hard for us women with hormone issues, and we ALL have them because of the system set up by Satan. He hates humans. He hates God. Jehovah makes us equal to that wicked arrogant rebel by giving us natural good things to counter balance it. Praise Jah! Yes because of his son we still have a chance at that relationship. yam creams have 'precursors' to certain hormones but the human body does not have the means to make the chemical transformation into those hormones, hence this is useless at least in terms of the hormones. When I went through menopause I had a slight bleed that just would not stop and became quite anemic. Not until I got PHARMACEUTICAL GRADE progesterone cream did this improve, and once I started using that it stopped in 3 days.

USA citizen here. It took me about 4/5 months before my Annas made it across the world to me. So in the mean time I ordered The Ripple Effect brand. I’ve been using them for about 6 months now. Here’s my thoughts (not professional, just from a consumer.) The Ripple Effect is a balm, it is extremely pleasant to smell & apply. The consistency is thick but rubs into the skin completely & feels really nice. & as a pessimist who rarely agrees that homeopathic remedies or even pharmaceuticals work; I definitely knew that the cream was working. I have thyroid issues & I knew when my hair started growing in & my periods became more regular that the cream was helping as I stopped my levo months before. Now, when my Anna’s arrived I immediately noticed it is completely different. It’s actually a cream, though more like a gel cream, kind of watery & “gooey” but not sticky really & the smell… is not good. The ingredients says it has another type of plant from a tree & I think that’s the culprit for the stink. So it’s not as pleasant to apply BUT I do think it is more potent that the Ripple Effect as I noticed a bit more intense changes. My period symptoms of soreness & cramps, completely gone with in a month of switching. Also my skin, hair & nail health has been awful for years since hypothyroidism & now I have less acne than I’ve literally ever had since puberty.
Thought I’d share in case anyone would like a consumer review.

I live in europe. I cant by the anna cream. I now found a cream looking simulair like the anna version. Im gonna try it. And if it does not work im gonna try making my own one.
