The pilots didn't put the flaps down. In the video it's clear. That's why this plane went down. I wonder how they could have even started the roll without them in position. The alarms in the cockpit had to be sounding......

It seems the takeoff was delayed. The dust rising indicates that the plane lifed up so late at the end of the runway.
