Kettlebell Sport style lifting is the most efficient way to lift kettlebells, and be used for fitness as well as training endurance. The main difference from generic kettlebell lifting is the use of the pendulum swing, which allows you to use gravity to your advantage to save energy.

Complete 3 x 4 minute sets of swing-swing-snatch (demonstrated in the video) with 1 hand switch at 2 minutes. Rest for 3 minutes between each 4 minute set.

I don't use my legs as you do in this vid, manly I use hip hing with slight legs bend ....what do think?...am I doing the hard style?

Tried this today with a 12kg kettlebell: a total failure! I wasn’t even able to complete the first round without having to switch arm before time (at 1 minute and a half approximately) due to grip fatigue... just when I thought that my grip was getting better..
