They lie about so much! I knew that in Spain, in Galicia, they play bagpipes and several accompanying instruments...but most people don't know, and think I must be crazy! I wish those in power would love truth because it's true and not cover and even change history. Sad.

Fascinating. Always trying to steal Europe's rich history, culture and creativity. Our music, our ideas, our triumphs...

This is total bollocks. How do you explain all the various forms of bagpipe throughout Europe . Oh right they were taken there by Wimpeys labourers !

Do you want the truth? Olasdir Fitzpadraig Spairnn MacCumhail II of Donegal told me on his death bed, the bagpipe was made from the leathery stomachs of the great elks when pre-celtic green eyed curly brown haired Irish Brunns showed up, said to be the real life Fir Bolg before the Gauls would show up with the religion of the Danu, replacing the Fir Bolg. It was those dark Paleo-Atlantids and Brunns who brought their Indo-European pipes and were at to make great instruments, a pipe represents a cry for a loved one. The Picts actually had a similar instrument but would take heavily from the Irish pipes in the Dal Riata. Even the Irish were making Pakistani pipes before they were unplayable. Age old Indo-European thing.

I heard the depiction of animals playing the pipes was because bagpipes were associated with base emotions that made people more prone to indulge in “inappropriate behaviours” of the time. Hence animals, or lower forms of life being portrayed as player of said pipe music
