At 65 i naturally began breathing through my nose for the first time, i believe my body is trying desperately to continue to live. Can you give a little information on how your Microbiology/gut bacteria interface with this subject

It’s relieving to finally understand all of what’s been wrong with me for years. Unfortunately I feel so far gone in every aspect I’m finding it very difficult to reclaim my life. I have been almost bed ridden for the last 5 years and I am very far gone but will keep watching and trying to improve myself.
