Ответитьhello sirs. Ive just used a french saison yeast (WLP590) and im not sure on the final product. I keep hearing its one of your favourite yeasts. I fermented at 18 degrees C (64F) until fermentation was 60% complete and then put it to 22 (72C). Its a bit more spicey than I wanted, im not sure, maybe just a little underwhelmed. Whats your favourite temperature profile for this yeast? Thanks
