Is it any cause of worry if one get additional lymph nodes on other parts of body during course of treatment I.e. while taking tablets

My brother suffering from lymph node tuberculosis firstly lymph node in cervical dr. Operated this but no biopsy and ethambutool 800 start then after 2 month stop this medicine by Dr. and again in axillary lymph node then I change dr. Chest medicine he advice mein moxicip and ethambutool 800 continue two months axillary lymph node go away but suddenly usko brain mein tuberculosis hogaya uska treatment ek government dr. Se shuru kiya toh unke hisab se size tha mri mein 1.1×1.1 CM multiples h do month se Tb regimen start h akurit 3 .4 tab and benadon 40 one tab at lunch and ek neurologists se consultant hua unka medicine chal brevasure 50 sb do month me sb Thik tha suddenly 8 august ko pet mein dard hua usko or admit kr diye hospital mein toh usg mein aaya h ke waha bhi lymph node h 4cm ka dr. Ne gene expert kiya. Bectc culture bhi kiya no proof for MDR but aiss kyu ho rahaa h ABHI ek mri hua h us se dikh kr Dr. Bole ka ke MDR hai ya nhi h ap please kuch bole sir it's request

Doctor sahab mujhe pehle neck me derd hua phir swelling appear hui FNAC/CT aur kuch blood test kerwaya lymph tb positive aaya 1 month se tb ka treatment le reha hoon swelling to abhi hai lekin shoulder ke paas ek do dino se same type swelling ho gaya hai zor se chillane ya bolne per derd hota hai
Kya ye tb ka symptoms hai ya kuch aur please reply me

It's been 2months and 10 days I'm using anti tb drugs but since 1 month I'm getting huge muscle and joint pains that I'm not even able get up or climb upstairs or downstairs. Sometimes i use painkiller tablets which gives little relaxation and again situation go same. Is it side effect or it is extending to bone tb or what? How to get rid of this pains?

I have done ct scan in which report suggest
Multiple subCentimetres lymph nodes are seen in pata and Paratracheal and ap window region
Few linear area of atelectasis ate seen in medial segment of right middle love and lingular segment of left upper lobe.
Pleural thickening is seen with underlying linear of atelectasis.

And sputam, esr, erp, montox test are negative.

But having weight loss
Chest pain
Fatigue
What to do sir pls suggest
