I have the Himiway Big Dog, rated for 400 lbs carrying capacity, and I tow a small trailer some of the time, which just increases its versatility- these bikes truly will go almost anywhere with the big tyres, both on the cycle paths and cross country. it enables me to get to places I couldnt just walk to (due to my lack of fitness) and drags me along nicely. I even cycle up hills most regular cyclists get off and push. yes its a big heavy (70lb) bike, but I am a big heavy bloke, so we match well.

I got myself a Himiway Cruiser after your last Himiway promotional video back in 2022. Brilliant bike, a bit on the heavy side for some, but overall no trouble or breakdowns (except punctures) after 5000 miles. Yes, I'm investing in puncture proofing my new tyres which are on order.

Hadn’t realised there was another marina in Conwy. Picked a motorboat up at Conwy marina a few years back, and had a lovely lunch in the Mulberry. Then back to Strangford lough. All in one day, think we were 15hrs at sea. 😆😆. Navigating up there was fun at low water.

Great Orme, great place. Went up there, found a plank and did some grass surfing on the slopes (great fun) fell off eventually and landed in some sheep poo. Happy days.
Wonderful to see you having some quality time together on the stunning North Wales coast.

The etymology of 'Deganwy' is largely unknown although it is generally thought to stem from the Deceangli, a Celtic tribe that occupied what is today Denbighsire, Flintshire and the counties of Wrexham and Conwy. However, a prominent Welsh scholar suggests that the 'wy' at the end stems from 'gwy' which means a turn (meander) or posture and is often found in other geographical names such as that of the River Elwy and indeed, in Conwy itself, although that is not necessarily the same 'wy' or 'gwy'. The Welsh language grammatically mutates and to give a simple example of how it does with 'my head, your head, his/her head, our heads, your (plural) heads, their heads, it would be like this. Welsh for head is 'pen', pronounced just like the writing instrument in English.

Fy mhen
Dy ben
Ei ben(his) Ei phen(her)
Ein pennau
Eich pennau
Eu pennau

Sometimes, as with 'gwy', a letter is dropped. E.g. a swallow is 'gwennol' in Welsh, but is referred to as 'the swallow' and therefore becomes 'y wennol', the 'g' being dropped. Or in keeping with this video, 'to Llandudno' would become 'i Landudno', although this isn't technically a letter dropping but the letter 'll' being replaced with the letter 'l'. Interestingly, Japanese place names will often mutate and whilst there isn't a grammatical rule for it, as a Welsh speaking Welshman, I find it very easy as they tend to follow the same rules as in Welsh. For example, Toyota's chairman is Akio Toyoda. Exactly the same word (豊田), the former not mutated and the latter mutated, although it should be noted that the Toyota (company) is now written phonetically in katakana and is more commonly written as 'トヨタ'.

There's a few world war 2 fortifications on the Orme and a lookout station if you didn't know. There's also the ruins of an older castle in Deganwy not far from the marina.

Hi guys I checked out the Himiway bikes. The all terrain for Americans is equivalent to £1,263. Uk pay £1,999? Not giving this robbing government a penny more in import tax. Respect for always showing us followers different tools and I appreciate you both as awesome no nonsense people. Take care both❤

Did you get your boat insurance change, a lot of people do not know the port of registry (the place name under the vessel name) is what it says on the insurance papers, it also tells you what flag you can fly on the stern of the vessel
