You forgot that in the couch scene with Two and Four, Four is playing with his right eye, and it is literally moving as if it was a solid object, which means it's a reference to BFB 14 and BFB 15 where Four's right pupil is an actual physical object which is why Woody's size changed

The miniature is funny because two of them do the creepy pose
