ОтветитьIf all you do is complain and don’t actually want to learn and do a good job then that’s how your gonna look at that job….. I know several guy’s working at a dealership that are making 6 figures….. with the training and certifications are starting in the main shop around $40 per flag hour

ОтветитьDon’t forget the no diag your gonna receive. The road test after, the stupid story you need to document on the RO. Refilling and bleeding the cooling system and all the other fluids. Cleaning all the sealing surfaces properly. Looking for the specialty tools for that engine, probably in your neighbors toolbox or stolen. Talking and being bothered by the waste of space service advisor who couldn’t even fix a sandwich. Waiting on back ordered and wrong parts from the stellar parts dept. etc etc etc. This stupid industry is not worth, get out before it’s too late.

ОтветитьShiet. That's money! My rate is 35 an hour. Doing that is hella worth it. That's like 217 bucks! You can knock that out within ten hour shift and get on to the next job. C'mon man! 200 bucks in a day is pretty alright for me!
