Missconception about loot at barrows. Once you have killed the 6 brothers you do not get more chances towards barrows gear pieces. There are tresholds for runes or boltracks drops. 51% gives you chaos runes treshold, 63 gives death runes, 76 for blood runes and 88 for bolt racks. All the info can be found on the OSRS wiki.

Ghommals hilt makes barrows a piss take. I like to prayer flick the brothers to save even more prayer and have longer trips. Nice vid 👍
