Im still young I'm 14, and im a huge fan. My goal is to make millions in cash flow by the time I am 40. My parents encourage me to do what I want, but to them grades are extremely important and if I don't get high grades ill get nowhere in life. Its honestly annoying. Any advice to try to convince them that grades aren't everything?

I'm glad that i find this video and im just only 17 yrs old and I dont know about money but this video helps me to understand more and to learn more about money and how it works its give me interested in this kind of videos thank you Mr. Kiyosaki.

Haha all these comments, you think he's the problem just like sir Robert thought his rich dad was the problem. Any one reading this; the reason why you are poor is because you are afraid and greedy.
For those that don't understand the video, I think I do better. So for summary: keep your day time job, start turning what you love into a business ( I actually learn this from sir trump and air Steve jobs and that's the main thing, passion.). If what you love;
1. Provides jobs
2. Is beneficial to the masses e.g producing food
Then you won't pay much taxes or no tax at all, if I'm not wrong. As for the real estate stuff, I still think you need huge money for that. That's when what he called "using debt" comes in. I don't understand much about that, but I watched a video on mortgage 'cause I kept hearing the word and some other financial words that keep turning my head 🥴. In the video, a couple wanted to buy their dream house of $500k, they had only $100k so they needer an extra $400, 000 in other to purchase the house. So they borrowed a loan from the bank( called the damn 'mortgage') made a down payment of 100k and then resold the house at 600k and paid the bank 400k making making an extra $100k. Remember they only had $100k, now they have $200k. But my challenge is, I'm penniless. And banks only borrow to the rich or people they sure can pay the loan. And there's the risk of; can you sell the house at a higher price and earlier before the bank sells the property which they call "foreclosure". Mmmm I'm becoming smart 😅😂😂

While I understand the argument, not everyone in society can be on the right hand side of the chart... we NEED teachers, lawyers, engineers, scientists, doctors, fireman, nurses, etc on the left hand side of the chart. Also, not everyone has the skill set to be on the right side of the chart... So while I agree that if you want to become super wealthy you need to be on the right side, I dislike how Robert basically looks down on anyone who isn't doing what he does

One question: Robert says he is not "doing" portfolio income but in other videos he'd mentioned he'd continue investing in crypto and.... Isn't it part of "portfolio income"??? And, how bad (or good) is it for a novice to start investing in portfolio income? Thanks again!

But if everybody was taught B and I at school, who would be producing?

I wish I knew ALL this information 30years ago. .....I have learnt more in 3 nights of watching than all my academic learning. .....50 and ready to re educate and reinvent myself. .....retirement take a back seat. My son is going to learn the real learning from Mr Robert and not the "fake" learning that we where thought in school and by my elders
