worth noting Azemour les Orangers is actually not just an outright citrus. While the citrus rind note is very realistic and apparent — Orangers is a very green chypre with moss, herbs, and spices.

Yes, summer is around the corner. And what a wonderfull vid! I'm looking foward for wearing Cartier Declaration Haute Fraicheur, Loewe Aire Fantasia, what an amazing citrus that is, and the Zara Populine Blanche (an Olivia Giacobetti creation that is so cotton dry fresh). Have a great summer!

Getting up in the morning with any kind of enthusiasm gets harded and harder these days, so a boost of energy in the form of a fragrance would be nice. But with current state of the world, I feel like a slap in the face would be more appropriate, like Rien or some serious oud. Here's an idea for a list, a slap in the face perfume.

Akro has released recently another addition to its line called Glow. But so far it can only be purchased at Harrods not even at Akro Website. Would be interesting to see your review of it in a near future.

I actually really enjoy xerjoff torino 21 for an uplifting summer scent with mint and citrus. I noticed you never mention them, do you put that house on the same level as PdM and the like? I also really enjoy Neroli Amara from Van Cleef
In any case, my next summer purchases will probably include Lys Mediterranean and/or En passant. I'm also hoping to try my first ADP in the blue line or an Aqua Allegoria

I wore Chance EDT in my 20s. And what i like about it is, it is a perfume which i could easily distinguish even from afar. Great list of perfumes, Mr. P!

Mr. P, I have an older En Passant and a current. You a right to be concerned and yet (yet!) I am still grateful it carries on as standards change. I’m grateful that it comes with us if not unchanged.

I absolutely love H24 (on men)❤. I use Calvin Klein’s obsession for men for the summer on myself. I find that men’s fragrances feel quite fresh on me during the summer months. But I adore lavender scents for summer.😊. So I also love and use Tom Ford Metallique quite a lot .

H24 and Cythere we're strongly inspired by Apres la Mousson. Get all three side by side- thank me later. Nagel does create amazing stuff, but that has to do with the strong influence from mr. JCE.

Thank your for that list, I will try a few of your mentions and would like to add one of my personal favourites: Aedes de Venustas Signature, pre reformulation. Rhubarb and tomato leaves,tart and delicious, energising but also comforting. Like shaking you about at bit and then giving you a hug.

Really found Blue Gin by Mizensir to be an energetic and complex treat for summer this year. I just went to the shop in NYC.

The sensational Bang was a trio of black, white and pink pepper, supported by longer lasting peppery GIvaudan captives like Pepperwood. I like this list, I do find Bigarade Concentrée to have a vanillic note that spoils the realism for me but it is a very sensual citrus. Glad to see the galbanum bomb that is Eau de Campagne featured - here the galbanum is softened and lusher thanks to basil, citrus and fruity notes.
