As a APM most of time in a day goes in Jira.

Hey Harshibar, wonderful content on your channel here. I'm a mechanical engineer in a plant. One of the issues we have is task planning and job tracking because things move around a lot. I'm looking for a very simple and visual app (nothing complicated) for assigning and tracking tasks, reminders for rescheduled tasks, and basic stuff like that. Do you have any recommendations? Most tools I see are doing a lot, and I'm not trying to complicate things for my team. I just want to make the work process easier for them.

What's the advantage of using loom vs using something like Google meet and record your meeting and sharing that recording? I assume you can do the same with zoom too.

1. Maybe 3 major roadblocks you faced during your preparation and how you tackled them.
2. What would you do differently if you have to crack the interview in 2 months rather than 6. )

Yikes, I’m a Sr PM in a ginormous corporate monolith and have never used most of these tools. I suspect the startup tech stack & ecosystem is just quite different (potentially better!) Learned a lot.

Do we need to know sequel and google analytics for Pm roles ?
