inner join: most common, you would use it when you want you want to retrieve columns that match from both tables
left join: when you want to retrieve columns that only match with the left or 2nd table
fuller outer join: when you want to retrieve columns and there is not matches from either table

how to optimize:
1. do we have index based on columns, instead of quiring the full table.
2. do we have view, of not lets create views.
3. can we normalize tables to its first from, example: removing, unimportant columns and turning them into there own table.

How to simplify complex information:

if i have to explain something on the spot live with no preparation. I try to relate it to football games, science the majority of people in the states watch football.
