Thank you but the city needs to do more because the infrastructure isn’t up to standard. All old buildings need to be replaced, etc. The capital is so congested

This capital of Liberia looks like Havana, Cuba . The difference are :
In Havana, there are vehicles of the 1950s and trucks are public transportation.
Havana has a lot of educated people like Medical Doctors.
In Monrovia, there are few modern cars and very few people are educated. But both cities are very old.

Given the history of civil wars i can see no one is prepared to invest in rebuilding the city
