Saw them in concert just a few weeks ago….sounds even better live….which I didn’t think possible. Not to mention I had never heard this song until the concert…..was incredibly powerful to hear a song I never knew I needed live as the first time.

2024, damn, that's 10 years. I have a feeling I'll come back here in 2034, and this song will melt my fairly rigid soul again.

And I'll keep coming back here till the end, just to be amazed by a simple rock band that was just too profound.

Damn I have five brothers the oldest will be 70 in two days. I’m 56 the youngest is 53 and I’ve fought all of them multiple times a plethora of reasons and opportunities. I big man’s hands are big and are pushed by goodness until a brother goes up against brother. More that once it was 5 against 1. I sure hope it never gets that way between brothers or siblings.

I’m 55 years old & been married a few times. I must say this song/lyrics are an example of what everyone must work towards when things get rocky in their relationship. With the exception of either abuse & or cheating.

When the time comes I will definitely suggest my children listen to this song. Letting one’s ego get in the way while being quick to the draw (breaking up/divorce) is definitely not something worth fighting for.
