They failed to receive due process in the final trial that put them away. I do not even understand how the appeal was not granted. Their HUGE defense of being abused for life at that age by their horrible "parents' was not allowed. How can that be? That mitigation is what caused two juries before the final trial to be hung. As of 2025 there have been so many murder cases that allowed defendants to introduce evidence of horrible abuse as mitigating factors, even for serial killers, yet the brothers were NOT allowed to introduce mitigation. Why is that and how is that due process?? I know for political reasons the judge refused to allow the mitigation because he knew the prior two juries struggled with those facts, so he just plain got rid of their evidence. He should be disbarred. They just kept holding trial after trial until some jury found them guilty. Can you imagine if you were a defendant and they kept dragging you into court until finally they found a jury to find against you! Talk about forum shopping! It is disgusting.

They couldn't take any more abuse and made a very bad decision to do away with their parents instead of leaving. However in the state of mind they were in due to such horrendous treatment from their parents caused them to not think clearly. They are no danger to the public and should get parole.

It's about time, the brothers have served more than their time. My sisters and I suffered the same abuse for many years, it has destroyed our lives. If it were possible and I had the courage, I would have done anything to have made it end.
