So sorry to see the box got mangled in shipping, at least the figure was okay. You were fortunate, though, that your Amazon stuff arrived in great condition, I just returned my fifth attempt to purchase Meliodas with demon arm, because they decimated the box.

And take the damaged one for the regular

The good news is that you still could probably still get 1200 with the box damage if you sold it

They really should've had a clear plastic front for the Cosmo and Wanda Fish Bowl. If it was a problem with box size or getting it to stay then they should've just had the clear front half come in detached and when you take it out you can reattach it (similar to what they do for the bases). It wouldn't be hard to do since companies do it all the time for those Terrarium collectibles, heck the Pikman Terrarium that came in a mystery box set was like that..... such a missed opportunity.

OMG….i got two packages from Funko with the exact damage. Same size, shape and location. WTF. One of my figures was damaged too. Not the same one tho. Just a 3inch. But this is a pattern that needs to stop. Someone is damaging Funko boxes. Not like it’s a hard target either. It says Funko on the side of the box for crying out loud. That logo needs to be taken off.

Come on. You didn't lose $1900 because I seriously doubt you actually paid $1900 for it. HobbyDB has that valued at $300 right now. Like other people have said, contact Funko and see what they can do. It doesn't hurt to ask, and the worst that can happen is they will say no. Also, you can contact the post office (or whoever delivered it) and file a claim for damages that obviously happened in their care.

Why does the box matter?? Do you cry when you open a candy bar? Packaging is used to get the product to you.. the product is what should be appreciated. I feel like an alien on this planet.. all basic context is lost on every human. Status is a desperate chase.

Tristan contact Funko and send them pictures of the box and the shipping box. I bet they will send you out a new box given the fact you spent a good amount of money on the item. Given the fact you support their product with over 3 million subscribers, let them know that as well. Good luck, I think they will do it.

Congrats on the Chase! Why not buy a regular one if it sells for a little more than retail and swap the boxes? I love the goldfish, I think for licensing reasons we don’t get any of those in Spain 😢
