ОтветитьSo happy you're back! 🎉👍👍😁😁😁 I will be doing this 30 day challenge so see you December 1!
ОтветитьOmgomg am i seeing right? Gratitude is abounding right now. I hope you have a lovely day anyone reading this!
ОтветитьWow! I did this an honestly feel so much more grounded. I've never been able to intentionally sit in gratitude for this long, when I journal I get distracted. So having the verbal prompts was helpful. When I was itching for a distraction I could open eyes, see the timer, and get back into it. This was time very well spent, thank you!
Ответитьi let myself translate the phrases to my mother tounge and wow does it feel even warmer on my body. this video cant come at a better timing; today has been a little tough mentally (its 9 pm now here) and im hanging on a thread waiting for my next doctor's appointment, and this video helped me tremendously i feel like i can sleep happy tonight. thank u and we've missed u!
ОтветитьRachel ❤
ОтветитьI’m always sooooo excited to see one of your post and this is truly the best one to start November. Thanks and hope ur feeling much better 🙏❤
ОтветитьRachel takes an extended health break and now she is a wizard with powers. you love to see it.
ОтветитьSo glad you’re back! And when you and your husband post you two are a dynamic duo that can’t be matched.
ОтветитьI truly couldn’t believe my eyes that you posted🤩
ОтветитьI started doing this but I have a chronic illness for a year now and some phrases started hitting me. I'm not grateful for my terrible immune system, nor my body that doesn't know how to take care of itself without medicine and it's unability to heal. Instead that ungratefulness started to sink in.
I absolutely love this challenge but I feel bad that unfortunately I have to miss out. Eitherway a lovely gratitude meditation, just a little disclaimer for people with a physical disability that still struggle with accepting everything ! :)
Thank you for this wonderful video and challenge. For me it was a bit too fast and I didn't have enough time to repeat the phrases out loud. Maybe you could add a little bit more time in between the phrases? Thank you for being back. Love from Germany
ОтветитьThis is so cool! I will use it to kinda have a gratitude prayer and to thank God.
ОтветитьThank you Rachel.. it was amazing and your voice so calming..love you
ОтветитьSo happy you are back!
Ответитьwe missed you 💛 hope ur feeling healthy and happy :)
ОтветитьHi Rachel, I've looked at something about gratitude so many times. And even though I noticed that in life I can vanish my dissatisfaction that sometimes arises through more gratitude, I asked myself what I can still be thankful for. Your video gives new inspiration and even more ideas come after that once you get into it. I'm excited to see the impact of gratitude in 30 days. Thank you for always having the courage to add something new to your videos. I'm glad there's a new video from you. All the best, Moni ❤️
ОтветитьI'm going to watch/listen to this every morning as i have my coffee... day 1 and i already feel lighter. thank you 🙏🏽
ОтветитьUr back! I've been doing ur workout videos tho!! Pls keep posting tabata cardios and more! 🙏💓
ОтветитьThank you For Rachel for being someone in my Life

ОтветитьᑭᖇOᗰOᔕᗰ
ОтветитьSo glad to see you back! I hope you’re doing great Rachel!
ОтветитьGreeti gs from Lithuania! 🇱🇹 I’ve been doing this challange for a month with couple of days break. Sometimes phrases aabout shoes or comfortable bed would hit me & I start crying, but overall it’s great experience to have a look from aside and notice how many things we take for granted, like fresh water, being safe & living in a country without wars. After starting this challange I started to notice the good things in my life and small miracles that happen to me. And sometimes it’s just nice to remember people or situations when saying some particular phrases, and how those moments helped me. It’s December 6th and I’m still continuing! Thank you Rachel & sending love to everyone who’s in this challenge ❤
ОтветитьThank you for this on my day One 🙏
ОтветитьAmazing that I’ve started practicing gratitude just today and your amazing video showed up! I feel so conected to the energy here. Thank you for this ❤
ОтветитьI did this meditation this morning in bed, and it went by so quickly! Thank you for putting this together for us, Rachel. I'm so glad you're back and hopefully doing well. 😊I was also happy to see that I inadvertently finished 1/3 of today's workout challenge! Woop woop!
ОтветитьSo grateful this video exists
ОтветитьI wanted to check in. Partly to keep myself accountable, and partly to share with you, Rachel, how thankful I am for this meditation. I've been doing yoga every evening before bed, and I play this meditation afterward as part of my savasana. It seems like every evening there's a 'thank you' phrase that I didn't notice before, and that is the phrase that I have been needing the most. Last night, it was "thank you for love," and the night before it was, "thank you that I am safe in this moment, and thank you that I have always been safe." I have noticed how certain phrases have changed my attitude towards situations in my life.
I look forward to this meditation every night, and can't wait to see how much more I get from it at the end of the month.
Thank you god for all theses things you gave us
ОтветитьYour the best
