You are really the best. I have two grandsons (7 and 8 years old ) and you brought back my energy, flexibility and stamina. I do at least 2 workouts a day ( one in the morning and one in the evening) and if i am lucky 10 min workout in the middle of the day . I can see the changes in my body and i love it. Sometimes boys do the workouts with me and we have tremendous fun . So Thank you millions for the workouts and your warm personality.

ОтветитьI loved this workout. Ten months ago I had surgery that went wrong, which resulted in serious organ damage that I am still recovering from. Instead of the expected overnight stay, I was in the hospital for three weeks, including several days in the ICU. The past 10 months have been all about recovering my level of fitness in all ways. It is a personal triumph to be able to do this workout from beginning to end. Thank you.

ОтветитьThis was tough!!! I survived!!! I just had a DEXA Scan and considering my age (sixties), the results were very minimal change from 12 years ago. For me, weight-bearing exercises are essential to maintaining my bone health. Thank you for this functional training workout Lauren, you're my HERO!!!!
