Yeah, this should be investigated, and I am a Lewis/merc fan. If it means Lewis loses 1 champ, then Merc should sue FIA for 2021, he can gain that x1 champ back (still be 7x). The real loser would be Max in this case with only x2 champs when he wins 2023. hopefully 2024 is better for Mercedes. ( I don't think so, I think they win races but 2025 would be the year Merc will be on top! (hence also the 2yr contactual signing of lewis).
