Great content, sounds a lot like the lifestyle of rich piana
ОтветитьLets face it someone who is trying to loose weight and doesn't take there own food to work and doesn't even bother to read the McDonald's menu to find healthier, less kcal alternatives than a cheese burger and fries and doesn't do a rough estimate of there macro nutrient intake throughout the day isn't trying very hard.
ОтветитьI love Dave, but I can't believe he's still talking about "clean foods" :)
ОтветитьIIFYM Checking in
Ответитьgreat info thx
ОтветитьAlthough I advocate flexible dieting in a reasonable fashion, this is one of Dave's greater videos!
Certainly, when I only have low calories to deal with, I'd want to go for options like these. Luckily, I never face that situation ;)
When you "have" to eat 6'000 calories to maintain weight/performance, tell me more how bad some ice cream will be ;)
Who the fuck is this guy
Ответитьfast food and TREN
Ответить"Obviously I'm not gonna miss a meal!" - Dave Pulcinella :)
ОтветитьBro science at it finest
ОтветитьI don't mind the idea of "clean" foods or IIFYM as those two ideas do not oppose each other. I see IIFYM as an extension of your diet. In other words, it doesn't mean "eat whatever you want as long as it fits your macros. You'll still be healthy.". Of course, with that logic you could live on BCAA, Pure trans fat oil and dextrose. No one is claiming that. The idea is that whatever you eat, no matter how healthy it is or how you time it (whether you eat 200 times a day or once a week), you should make that food be in line with your optimal macro recommendation. In a way, IIFYM is also a response to the arbitrary exclusion of some food. Like when someone claims you should eat nothing but chicken, brown rice and spinach, I ask: Well, is fish with sweet potato and lettuce somehow worse? It can also be seen as a response to the extreme diets which claim some macronutrients as "evil" such as the low carb high fat people. Obviously, you can eat all three macronutrients as long as it's the right amount. There is no "bad" macro
Ответитьwow, this poor guy does NOT look healthy AT ALL.
ОтветитьA no bullshit body builder great to see,at least you tell it how it is.Cheers dave
Ответитьi saw this guy on a post in facebok about 6 foods something something, i enjoyed how he explains stuff and now im browsing through all the videos of him lecturing, its really very encouraging for people who want to start small steps towards eating better
ОтветитьU talking eating a clean meal but u take Anabolic Steroids
Ответитьthanks Dave. this is best advice for everyone who think diet mean you can't eat out with your family/friends. I cut over 30 lbs fat in few months yet i eat out daily. everyone should enjoy their diet and respect their life.
