Wow, just bageled prime nadal !!! Insane play 😮
ОтветитьNalbandian at his peak used to just take the racquet out of your hands, ridiculous shotmaking and cat and mouse skills. People literally used to guess where he was going to hit his backhand because he could flick it ANYWHERE
ОтветитьInjuries, inconsistency, and off-court distractions often held him back from reaching the heights he was capable of. It's easy to say he underachieved, but when you watch him play, you can see just how much raw talent he had.
ОтветитьThe man who could beat anyone!!
ОтветитьI really love this man, I idolize him ❤
ОтветитьWow. I always loved Nalby, he was a fave back in his day, but beating all the Big3 at one tourney? Wow, that's something.
ОтветитьFat Dave won every big tournament except a grand slam..
Ответитьsuch talent, the word prime is so overused however.
ОтветитьIf you want to see someone destroying Nadal, ask Dustin.
ОтветитьTo be fair he wasn't going to do this at other tournaments because it was at indoor tournaments where his game was the best.
ОтветитьJust brilliant from nalbandian made nadal look like an average player, great shot making and powerful shot placement
ОтветитьHe was the most talented player of the century.
ОтветитьIt’s not the Big 3; it’s the Big 4 - technical strength, strategic strength; physical strength; mental strength. Nalbadian was a 2.5.
Ответитьwhat a shame. Those big three would not have won that many majors if this guy were serious. Similar to kyrgios. The big three must be very happy that he retired early.
ОтветитьUnfortunately; it's about more than just "talent".
I've never understood when people completely dismiss huge parts of Champion-level tennis by saying "IF only he were healthy..." or "If only he were mentally stronger..."
It sounds silly.
"If only I could get to more shots and hit more winners, I'd be great!"
LOL
and they're saying Federer dominated weak era. 😁
ОтветитьHis timing on groundstrokes was insane. So effortless.
ОтветитьNadal was 90 % phisique and 10 % talent, Nalbandian was 90 % talent and 10 % phisique (or even lower than that)
ОтветитьNadal is a big sore loser
ОтветитьThis "award" goes to Kyrgios. All day.
ОтветитьPLZ DO DAVYDENKO!!!
ОтветитьZero slams
ОтветитьTsitsipas will take this award(greatest to not win at least one major) away from Nalbandian
ОтветитьAnd then they say federers era is weak lol nalbandian destroyed the big 3 at the same tournament to win the title lol he even bageled nadal lol new gen weak era is not capable of doing something like this
ОтветитьIn 2007 there was no "big 3". Djokovic had no Grand Slam tournaments.
ОтветитьI think he is the best player who has never won a gs title.
When he is in good condition he is unbeatable.
❤️💙🧡 Nalbandian
ОтветитьCome on, Nalbandian never played prime Djokovic. He would have been crushed.
Ответить2007 madrid paris run was a different gravy
ОтветитьNowhere near the best of Rafa on a hard court.
ОтветитьDavid was as talented as Roger, but he just couldn't commit to being as great.
ОтветитьGuys, seriously, don't you find the term wasted talent a bit offensive? The topic is not about Tomic or Ernie :)
ОтветитьObviously Rafa was good this young, but I think of 2010 as when really first saw "Prime" Nadal. The improvements to his serve and backhand were so significant.
ОтветитьSimply amazing talent. 👍
ОтветитьThe Paris Tennis Massacre. 2nd set looks like FATALITY.
