GoPro Hero 10 Massive Footage Comparison // Hero 9, Insta360 One R, DJI OSMO Action

Did you have any problems with the GoPro Hero 10 over heating & shutting down? I have heard several reports on this happening.

its crazy how uch more detail you can see with the gopro 10

That mountain trail is so buttery-smooth compared to everything I ride on I'm thinking any footage I get will be awful regardless of camera. It's a shame, because some of the trails I ride are crazy. Steep cliffs on one or both sides with a couple of inches margin of error before a 1000' drop. The footage alone would be handy for the coroner. "Oh, look, he zigged when he should have zagged. I didn't know a grown man could scream like a little girl so convincingly."

the insta360 stabilization is just bad. this makes me sad. also the 1inch sensor should have the better dynami range. doesnt look like that

This video makes me want to save my money and go to Switzerland, not buy a GoPro :D

the hero 10 is os many levels better than the Insta360 OneR. Notice on the bike ride on the mountain, how the Hero10 video is so, so much clearer in details and wider compare to the almost blurry and much narrower video from the Insta360.

Why does most of the rock detail disappear with the Hero 9 in the first video?

It is interesting to note the complete loss of some rocks on the single track in the Insta360 One R footage. Was this lost before or after the flowstate processing?

Great video! Thanks a lot! Which currently available action cam in your opinion would be best for both action sport and vlogging? I am looking at Hero 10 black vs Insta360 ONE X2 (other recommendations are welcome), budget up to 700$ usd. My application: Home videos, bicycle videos, walk videos and longboard (skateboard) videos and my target resolution is now 4k. Never had a 360 cam before, I am aware there is an extra workflow step I need to do. So what I look for is: clarity and contrast, nice stabilization too. Low light performance is not important, however in cloudy environment must do nice. So -- the Hero 10 or the ONE X2 ? (or something else?) I like that Hero 10 have a front screen, but the One X2 will catch me as long as I can see the lens (for vlogging), still cannot decide. Thanks!

Hero9 is warmer in day light, Hero10 warmer with less vibration in day light, 360 is more contrast and vibrant, Osmo is cooler and natural.
Hero 9 is better at night than Hero 10.

Obviously 10 is better / 9. But just wait 12 is going to be great. Providing current events in the world United States does not go to war with China if we go to war with China no more group GoPro. Don't waste your money on resolution buy it now while you can that's really what you want. You really should start storing up Edibles water and things you need to survive we're headed for rough times in 2022.

Osmo looks more natural. GP 9 and 10 a bit plastic-y, over-sharpened and the colours out camera are awful.

Dang. The Hero 10 looks better than all of them. I saw a couple instances where I think the dynamic range could have been better on the 10 but it was negligible. The 10 seems a lot darker in low light but has less noise. Weird. The 10 is pretty sweet. Glad I got one.

I have to say in clip one 2;00 there is more details on GP10 than GP9 especially when you look at the road. It looks like there is some kind of brush effect on GP9 video.

Do you know why your Nighttime Riding looks darker on GoPro Hero 10 than on 9 despite wider aperture of GoPro Hero 10 (f/2.5 vs f/2.8)?

Wish you could also do a comparison with the GP10 and the Action 2 + protective case too!

I know DJI's giving a free case that would allow users to record longer on their Action 2! Will there be an accessory like that for the GoPro10 as well? It would be fun if there's one honestly!

osmo action is only 20k in India and its still good to compare
