Mine didn't fully die which make she couldn't be anestesied and lead to an even more painfull situation)
🤦🏼♀️
ОтветитьSometimes viagra is for a child! Can be used in peds for certain pulmonary conditions 😂
ОтветитьWhy don’t they just let us go back to the old days and send us to the pharmacy with our diagnosis and let the pharmacist give us the medication they think we should have.
ОтветитьI take Humira!
Jk I was switched to Hadlima
Viagra is ordered often for kids with pulmonary hypertension. Just an FYI
ОтветитьWow, I am not surprised, this is why I don't go to doctors anymore
ОтветитьThis injection isn't for my mouth?
ОтветитьYou literally saved my life. I was taking 2 meds that were deadly together. One of your videos was talking about the two meds I was taking. I called my doctor right away, and I no longer take those meds together. I'll never unsubscribe from your channel. Thank you so much for these videos.
ОтветитьI had to fill a ton of Sidenafil when I was a tech. 😊
ОтветитьThere is no way this is real... How do doctors mix up the difference between Epi Pens and Narcan??!?!?!?!?
ОтветитьDoctors can be some the dumbest people you meet. C’s can get degrees after all
ОтветитьI learnt as a teenager doctors weren't to be trusted about medication. When in doubt ask are pharmacist. I kept having weird stuff happen everytime i took a medication but the doctor said it was fine. I asked a pharmacist about it the next time i was in there for a different script and they immediately said dont take that you're allergic
ОтветитьI was a certified pharmacy tech for 16 years. We got some stupid rxs, but these are ridiculous. I really hope you are making these up.
The funniest thing was when the clinic's patient program was down. The new providers had to be shown how to hand write rxs, especially c2s.
I can understand the 2nd one, because the dad and the son may have same name. Maybe the dr forgot to add a suffix like JR or III or whatever.
ОтветитьI had no idea i should trust my pharmacist more than my doctor
ОтветитьOne time I got a call from the pharmacy. A doc of ours had written to take their albuterol rectally. Albuterol is an inhaler soooo 😭 the pharmacist, who was actually a friend of mine, was like "it does enter through one of the holes in the body, but I'm pretty sure that's the wrong one" 😂😭
ОтветитьOh lord. This scares me to death. 😅
ОтветитьWhere did you find a doctor that prescribes ANY Oxy those days, yet alone overdosable strength 😂😂😂
Ответитьstuff like DMARDs- Disease Modifying Anti-Rheumatic Drugs- (other that biologic - like Humira is) that GPs (general practitioners) prescribe in UK are usually requested from specialist/ rheumatologist etc, so I’m not surprised they might not be familiar, they just get letter stating “please continue patient on such-and-such medication of such dose” and follow directions.
In UK biologics are being prescribed by specialist - consultant/ such as rheumatologist if it’s arthritis or gastroenterologist if it’s Crohn, and delivered home by pharmacy (not the local pharmacy you get all other meds, they have separate pharmacy handling that).
Personally I have never seen over 10 years of my personal experience (and living in 4 different counties in UK) GP to prescribe or local pharmacy to handle biologics…
I’m guessing it’s for the best, cause daily Humira… 😵💫 will get very costly very quickly, not to mention health consequences… given that Humira - apart from established not being a tablet - tends to be dosed weekly or every other week… not daily 🫣🥴
As a medical biller, can confirm that providers make a TON of errors. So would you if you were as busy and stressed as our providers can be. BUT sometimes it’s very easy to tell when they’re phoning it in because they’re about to vacation or quit or especially when they’re about to retire. Doctors and nurses mentally decline as they age too, just like the rest of us. It takes teams of people in many departments to keep healthcare accurate and efficient!
ОтветитьMaybe the 2 year old had pulmonary hypertension
ОтветитьI was a female child on cialis because of cardiac issues :(
Ответить" you prescribed viagra for a 2 year old." Lol😂
ОтветитьDemonstrating, once again, the importance of the pharmacist on the health care team. Think about it!
ОтветитьThat doc who prescribed the epi pen for an opioid overdose must’ve watched Pulp Fiction one too many times.
ОтветитьI was once prescribed eye or ear drops for an in grown nail lol.
It was intentional though, as my podiatrist explained to me that because the ingrown nail was causing a local infection that kept the nail from healing, the antibiotic eye drops or whatever would get the medication into the infected wound better since it was a liquid. A cream wouldn’t get into the depth of the wound or under the nail. This also saved me from taking an oral antibiotic with stronger side effects, was more targeted than any sort of antibiotic cream, and cheap- and it worked!
I’m still sure the pain pharmacist was puzzled seeing the instructions on the order, though, and I think he even asked me about it to be sure that sounded right lol
In pharmacy school I thought Dosage Forms and Delivery Systems was a boing class but formulations and devices really are extremely important.
ОтветитьDoctors will exlode your heart if you let them.
ОтветитьI'm not even a pharmacist, and even I know you're supposed to use narcan for narcotics...
ОтветитьDoing the lord’s work lol
ОтветитьThese just get more and more concerning, thank everything that is good for pharmacists
ОтветитьThe Viagra one was f cking wild!🤣
ОтветитьYour extra “zestyness” makes these videos seem less professional, which will make us take you less seriously. Also the over the top accent comes off annoying and childish
ОтветитьViagra for a two year old is great. XD
Ответитьyall, I love pharmacists. this one lady at my local walgreens is always such a huge help, especially whenever my insurance decides ‘it’s a free country and we suddenly don’t wanna cover this medication you’ve taken for 7 years!’ 10/10 pharmacist
ОтветитьI don’t even prescribe anything & google is my best friend before I make myself look stupid
ОтветитьIf my doctor didnt know what narcan was id immediately request a new doctor.
ОтветитьA doctor confusing an epipen with narcan.... Do you ever get like concerned by the competency of some of these prescribers? I feel like if they're getting basics like that wrong it sounds like they're not keeping with professional development
ОтветитьSo glad I'm in a small town with a small local pharmacy and an amazing pharmacist.... he catches things all the time and has been a huge help navigating me through pill happy doctors and cancer treatment.
ОтветитьI wish that these sounded nonsensical, but I take messages from the pharmacy to pass to doctors...
ОтветитьOkay i dont know what that stuff was but in communist poland they used to drink some injection to get high.
ОтветитьIf my doctor did any of these I’d want to know so I could immediately find a new doctor doctor!
ОтветитьThe way I immediately started laughing at "Humira" 😂😂😂
ОтветитьThat epi pen one blew my mind
ОтветитьThe viagra thing happened to me too XD
I had to do a double take on a prescription for 90 sildenafil for a 45 ish year old. Turns out it was supposed to be silodosin and something on the doctors end completely messed up the prescription.
There’s no way in hell these are real conversations. Are the chat gpt doctors already graduating? 😮
ОтветитьHi I’m a peds nurse and I actually do give viagra to kids, usually infants!!! Off label it’s used for pulmonary hypertension! But we obviously never call it viagra to the parents lol
ОтветитьPeople dont realize how much pharmacists do and catch mistakes doctors make. Thank you! ❤
ОтветитьI love my pharmacist and all his assistants 🥹 They are so sweet, caring, and always are transparent with me on pricing/availability. (I have ADHD or Narcolepsy and my son is combined ADHD so stimulants are vital in our home)
Ответить
