Check this out on snopes.com and learn the truth. This is taken out of context. President Obama had already been introduced to the Russian staff and had shaken their hands, and now he is introducing the American staff. No one is snubbing him or refusing to shake his hand.

You should watch your mouth. Your president and country openly invade and attack other nations on personal interests killing hundreds of thousands of children without humanity, and when Russia steps in to stop your bullying you call them useless. Right now 90% of the world is thanking Russia and you call them useless when your economical system is about to collapse. No one believes the same story which you used to invade afganistan anymore. Actually the one on snopes shows the first handshakes, and cuts off after the first snub.  This video just doesn't show all of the first (successful) handshakes and only shows the snubs.  So yeah he did get snubbed.
