What I don't like is the mold specs on the bottom of the baguette . Look at the grey and dark color on the rising bread.🫨🥵🙈 Mold and mildew. Mas Madre .🤣🤣
Just a little more water and you have roman pizza dough.
🤠🤠
Good thing I don’t live in France. I would need to be riding my bike everywhere, every day. Either that or live my life the size of a door. Well, it would be a Dutch door since I’m vertically challenged.
Ответить👍 Thank You 😊
ОтветитьI dream of going to the boulangerie and getting fresh bread. Though, you have to order “deux baguettes” to avoid being corrected by the staff.
Ответитьsa bone
ОтветитьTerrible white subtitles on white background. Can't see!!!
ОтветитьI just watched this video with such delight for both the dedication to the craft and the master piece at the end, Imagining how good it would be alone or with salted butter from Normandy then I came back to real life to Carrefour bread, mah heart, I wanna cry
ОтветитьBaguettes are easy to make at home. Don't believe propaganda
ОтветитьWhen you are passionate about something, you can make anything interesting

ОтветитьTrès bon, mon fil habite en Marseille, lorsque je voyage da je mange baguette tout le jour.
ОтветитьThe bread is really very simple to make. And I call that tear out your teeth bread.
Ответитьi'm sorry , his baguettes have everything i don't like .... to burned and way to much air inside
ОтветитьCritical to have a steam oven too : )
ОтветитьHis way of working and seeking better baguettes really impressed me.
ОтветитьThe water is to control temperature????? I must be missing something. The water:flour ratio is the most important thing for a proper baguette. You wouldn't add water to warm up or cool down the dough. Maybe he means that when he adds the precise amount of water required, he ALSO uses it to adjust temperature?
Ответитьa true French
ОтветитьI'm hungry
ОтветитьYou realise how we're lucky in France when you migrate to an anglophone country and can't find proper bread that doesn't require you to sell your house to buy it. 😂
ОтветитьWhat are the proportions of flour water and salt to make the baguette?
ОтветитьWow, the air bubbles in the baguette is girgeous. You can hear his awe n passion in his craft.
ОтветитьSi seulement tous les étrangers en france avaient cette mentalité!
Ответить10 year practice 😂 …. “ how important and cool I am “😅
Ответитьreally cool, can i guess... the hidration its around 65% to 75% i'm right?
ОтветитьNOW WE NEED PARMA AND CHESE AN SOME BASIL
ОтветитьWould French bakers have once used a sourdough starter instead of blocks of baker's yeast?
ОтветитьWARNING—Leftist agenda: She couldn’t find one Frenchman to make French bread? Not one? Leftwing propaganda? I have an idea: Send her to a nonEuropean country and feature an historic cultural tradition of that country being appropriated by a European. She’d NEVER do it! Do NOT censor me, lefty!
ОтветитьWest is feeling left out
ОтветитьLast year I toured 10 of the Parisian bakeries that each won the annual competition. I love French bread.
ОтветитьYou don't need anything. Legit nothing. Just the bread and some water to drink. That's all. That bread is a meal on it's own. Or you can drizzle a bit of good quality olive oil. Sprinkle some sea salt maybe. Wanting something sweet? Just spread some home made jam on the inside of this bread and eat.
Ответитьça c'est du coton ? c'est de la toile..... hahahahahah
ОтветитьYou couldn't you get a real French man?
ОтветитьDid he go on to open his bakery in Canada? If yes where is it? I would like to go there and eat a baguette of his.
Ответить👍👍👍👍👍👍🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌❤❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьMahmoud makes me want to hop on the next plane to Paris just to get my hands on his baguettes… and I’m situated in Singapore 🤪
ОтветитьImpressive. How i would love to try his baguettes.
ОтветитьNot French
ОтветитьKiss
ОтветитьWhy is the canvas black in the center? Is it moldy
ОтветитьOnly the French would take the easiest bread to make and overcomplicate it.
ОтветитьWhere can I get East and how do I cook with a geographical direction?
ОтветитьI wish he'd said the hydration level he uses.
ОтветитьFrench Baguettes are better than Italian Baguettes.
