"Non-stop cardio" is not HIIT, lol. Nice workout nonetheless. I just did every third one very fast/hard and rested on the other two.

This workout made me feel very inadequate. I do one move while she makes 5. Ugh. Far too much jumping for a 40+ anyway. My knees can’t take that much strain anymore!

This workout was so hard to do after walking over 9 miles. I only got through 80% of it. Definitely will try this first before I go walking and running tomorrow. 😭
