You downloaded the wrong tune, there's one from 2023 with the same name that should've been deleted but still showed up, that one has way better tuning settings and really short gears.

The one I was using has longer gears, less turning/braking capabilities.

I'm down to run it back and gift a fair amount of subs if you win, let's give the people a proper race.
