Amazing video and an amazing retreat!! I miss everyone already 😊 I am so glad that we were able to honor Bryce’s memory at this retreat. The Team Player Award exemplifies who he was and is a wonderful way to have him with us at every retreat. ❤

ОтветитьHey Vegan Gym. Could y’all make a no-cooking required meal prep for someone in a college dorm?
ОтветитьDidnt...wouldn't...never will
ОтветитьRight idea. Fitter people would send a better message, though.
Ответить👍 Whole food plant based for the environment and health; vegan for the victims!

ОтветитьHello. Im asking a question that i was hoping anyone would know anything more about and its about soybeans. I am experimenting with different foods and while looking at the nutrient factors soybeans looked like a exceptional superfood with high amounts of proteins and minerals.
However eating it causes my teeth (which are in exceptional condition) to have a chalky/sticky like feeling after (much like after drinking sugary coca cola the teeth feel wired/sticky due to acids or whatever chemicals inside) only 10 minutes and i was worried that soybeans might not be fit for human consumption due to severe teeth degradation and if i continued to eat it my teeth would be quickly worn out due to the chemicals or whatever inside of soy.
The way i prepared organic soybeans was purchsing the dried soybeans soaking them for 2 days then boiling them for 2+ hours. The other method of just boiling them for 3 hours without soaking slightly decressed the teeth sticky/chalky feeling but not by much. I eat lots of other legumes and none of them produce such a noticable feeling on the teeth apart from soy.
If anyone has any experience with prepearing soy or eating it longterm feel free to leave a comment. If you only drink soy milk, or eat tofu or eat already factory processed soy dont bother saying anything since that type of food isnt the same as dried soybeans that are cooked at home.
The clarity of a vegan is unbelievable 🥑🥕💚
