I thought it did really well with rotation, in that it was very quiet from the back and sides. Unfortunately, I am very clumsy and a guitarist, so I'll probably go for a different option.
ОтветитьHey! I'm looking to get a condenser mic bundle and consider getting the maono PM320S Condenser Microphone Pack. I would really appreciate if you reviewed it.
ОтветитьYou are the man and Great comparison....my roommate still Totally Dislikes when I watch the Show 😭😭😭
Ответитьyour song is good actually :)
ОтветитьWow😮 this one is a shocker tho 😂i didn't expect it to sound this good
Nice review sur ✅🙏🔊
I thought the zoom sounded better than this. The maono was harsher to my ears.
ОтветитьBetter sounding than I would have guessed - I bet it'd be a good match on less resonant, higher voices.
Ответитьsalut baiatu
ОтветитьIs this better than Maono HD300T?
ОтветитьSounds better than the Sm7B even.
ОтветитьI just got this...very good sound, nice looking, but boy oh boy is this thing noisy!! What can you suggest?
ОтветитьI was looking at getting the Zoom ZDM, but I really like the tone of the Maono. For $50 (right now $40 on Amazon) this seems like a crazy good deal.
Ответитьpd100 or pd200x.which one is better for voice over
ОтветитьOnly when you got to the 100 dollars Audio Technica the sound starres to sound goood.
The sound quality of the last two mics is out of this world.
This is called a review. You showed us what to look when you are buying a mic. I ordered it because it looked minimal on a desk, but then you made me realise, one should not buy this if they type while recording (prpgrammers). I am going to try another one from the same store which is PM422, it has boom arm, a shock mount, pop filter etc.
Thanks
sounds better than most wtf?
Ответитьreality...it is a good sound
ОтветитьThanks so much for your sharing
ОтветитьThe AT 2040 SUCKS. I was surprised with that one. I've got a $15 mic that sounds better made by Pyle!
ОтветитьNo it doesn't sound 8x better. They can keep that Shure mic.
ОтветитьThe sad philosophy of microphones is that the more expensive they get, the more we expect from them, and it just becomes a complete rip-off. That's why cheap microphones are always better than expensive ones.
ОтветитьGREAT JOB
ОтветитьThis is how the review should be. Thank you so much, i was expecting to buy this, and your review gave me confidence
Ответить1vs1 mic compare. Great one. Thanks for the review
ОтветитьYou sound good, nice lyrics, and the mic sounds good too.
ОтветитьMaono sounds great!
ОтветитьDo u gonnaa make test with pd200 or pd400?
ОтветитьI know this is an older video at 9months ago but i recently picking up this Microphone as my other was wasnt working anymore, disclaimer im a noob at all of this and didnt understand the difference between condenser mics and dynamic mic,
i have this paired with my m-audio solo, the issue im running into using this for gaming / discord calls, my gain on the m-audio is almost at 10. I'm trying to figure out how to boost the mic input volume without having it peak and cutting out.
I have installed equalizer apo and tried to play around with the gain inside of that but still having troubles of having to use the mic super close to my mouth
im running windows 11 and the mic volume in the system settings it at 100 already.
Discord is also set to 100% as well
would anyone happen to have a solution for all of this
is this mic need 48V phantom power?
ОтветитьTo my ears, this sounds just about as good as the others. And where I live this thing cost about 30 bucks so that's even better for its price.
ОтветитьSolid review 🤍 can you do a review against fifine am8 using usb c and xlr
ОтветитьSeen alot of comments here about this topic, let me explain. The reason why alot of people think "V-shaped" sounds good, but alot of people (especially professional audio engineers or producers) dont like it, is because:
1. Lack of Mids: "V-shaped" means recessed mids, mids frequencies are where our human hearing is most sensitive, our ears can capture all the details here the most (especially in the upper mids). Without mids, or if there's a decrease in mids, the audio exorted gives off less detail and if there are any sort of bad frequencies there, therefore giving off the illusion that something sounds good, when in reality you're just cutting off all the bad aspects of the song to make it sound "good".
2. Translatability: As mentioned in the paragraph above, it cuts alot of detail and gets rid of that "boxy" effect. This leads to another problem. Most audio outputs we have in our society have "mid-biased" output responses. Have you ever heard an audio from a phone speaker? from your laptop? Or from that really terrible car audio? Well its because it lacks both lows, and highs, which leads off to only highlighting the mid frequencies of audio. So if you have "V- shaped" audio, it will translate really terribly across the general population's audio outputs. It may sound good on your headphones, but if you ever take a listen to a really terrible speaker that your father keeps in his garage? Yeah it sounds bad doesn't it?
Hi Bandrew ! Hope I spell it right 😅
Thanks for the amazing work you do and the humour you put in it !
Do you think this one could fit in one of the MXL shock mounts and do you have an idea of the diameter?
I searched the interweb for the info but couldn't find it yet.. maybe I'm the only looney having the idea of using that with a shock mount that costs almost the same as the mic.. 😅
Btw, I really like your electric guitar sound !
I'm actually really impressed by the sound. I like that it picks up on those lower ends better. I think the rest, like picking up desk sounds and plosives, can easily be solved with a good arm, a good shock mount, and a nice pop filter, anyway, so I personally tend to overlook those things.
ОтветитьExcellent review and comparison. I ended up picking up the mic on Amazon.
ОтветитьHello podcastage, i'm new to the audio word, i want to stream and have a good audio, wich is the best microphone on the 25$-55$ price range? It would be better if it's on Aliexpress because in From argentina and Amazon shipping cost 40$-70$ on every product
ОтветитьCan i use this for recording vocals and acoustic guitar .. not professional just amateur use only..
ОтветитьYou literally sound like Linkin Park when you sing. Or like some kind of 2000s emo band singer 🤣 I'd actually listen to your music
Ответитьthis is by far the best flow to do a mic review..
ОтветитьAwesome review
ОтветитьPlease review the 'MAONO PD400X USB/XLR Dynamic Mic' and 'MAONO PD200X USB/XLR Dynamic Mic'.
ОтветитьReal transparency in this review! Thanks a lot!
ОтветитьIt is supported in Playstation 5??
ОтветитьThis whole video to really show off the guitar skills i see u buddy
ОтветитьHello, I use the pd100 with zoom F3, should I use phantom power? Thank you
ОтветитьI like the fact the you are the only one who I saw doing a music test. That was great by the way. Thanks for all your efforts.
ОтветитьPD100's sound is more bold and boost on bass area
ОтветитьBut why are we dropping the mouse😂
ОтветитьHow much gain you need to put into Maono mic? Just ordered one but I'm still confused whether crank it to high gain using my soundcard or no? Thanks
Ответить
