Sharkman sucked, true story.

This is my rating of the boss battle music 4,1,6,5,3,2

Some of them were so easy, especially FireMan and StoneMan. But then you go fight SharkMan.EXE AND YOU GOT SO MUCH REKT. The difficulty spike was real with these guys. Then you got to the LifeVirus and defeated it in a minute. .-.

sharkman is a broken boss

Magic Man and Shark Man are very tough bosses for me. I Like this battle theme.

for some reason i always loved the battle network series more than pokemon... anybody agree? (im going to get so much fan shit on me for saying that)

Sharkman is definitely the toughest boss in this first game.

I am laughing so hard at everyone's complaints of Shark Man. I'm glad I wasn't the only one to find that boss punishing as hell.

megaman indonesian artifact--final boss

For me magic man was easy.
Wood man was a hell.
Sharkman almost a hell, very close.
Life virus was easy for me.

i never caught that bass part in the first few seconds when playing this. i always thought it was just a dramatic pause for build/effect.

probably one of the best boss themes found on any GBA title. this series knew how to make good use of the GBA's kind of shitty audio hardware.

Elecman

They need to re-make the original game and update it to play like BN2 or 3. This game would be so much better if it got those updates. 2 and 3 were the best in my opinion, followed by 6. However, the first one could easily be the 3rd best on the list with the updates.

this song randomly gets stuck in my head sometimes, despite not having played this game in a good decade or so. glad i FINALLY figured out where it came from!

Farming MagicMan is an absolute pain compared to SharkMan
At least SharkMan is easily accessible and NOT in a place full of Demonic Spiders

The most op megabuster in the series

Might as well remaster this game for the switch along with the rest of the series

28 compasses and fast paced... Still, an excellent battle theme. It's incredible how with such little work the Mega Man series can make awesome tracks (Zero's Battle theme from MMX2 uses only 12 compasses).

Gonna be a while before I untie this theme to a gif of a shark swimming around in a void at ludicrous speeds. Great theme though. Definitely an underrated one!

NEGAWISPMAN BATTLE

It is always so strange to go back to this game after playing BN4 onwards. Not only gameplaywise, everything else just feels different.

The ones that gave me absolute hell were SharkMan, SkullMan and WoodMan.
