Not covering anything, markets are closed and nothing is going on
ОтветитьNot a fun fact (imo): In the past it was import that public data for AMC-stock looked correct even if it wasn`t at all behind the scence. Now it is clear that the regulatory bodies currently are doing nothing about funky data. Likewise public reported data has become moreless meaningless. Everything of importance happens currently off-exchange and in darkpools.
Ape strong!
Naked shorting that steals shareholder stock value must end. Praying that this new administration will stop the thieves.
ОтветитьThe market is closed, so shorts arent covering. What the hell is wrong with you?
ОтветитьThanks for the videos bud. Buying more every week. In it for the long hall
ОтветитьHow the fuck. The market is closed
ОтветитьWell. The float just went up 50 million shares genius. That will knock it down. Lots more shares to borrow / buy whenever shorts want them 😂😂😂. Why is anybody afraid of being short ?? It is the gift that keeps giving. CTB is under 1%. No shorts are hidden as longs. That’s a lie dude. Doesn’t even make sense FTDs as low as a couple hundred shares. No naked shorts !!! You are a pumper clown -
ОтветитьThey know Trump is coming!
ОтветитьAs it's down over 1.3% in night trading. 🤡
Ответить🤣 3+ years still running the same bullshit titles about shorts. feel bad for anybody that thinks their is any hope for amc anytime soon.
ОтветитьWrong. Incorrect. Nobody is covering. Find a new niche, stocks ain't for you. Copium much?!?
Ответить"Why would they create so many articles on AMC if they haven't already covered?"
Very simple answer: exploiting your psychological inadequacy, because they know how many people got burned by AMC and how many are still holding on, praying it goes back up. By writing a story about AMC, you are almost 100% guaranteed to get these people clicking on your article. Hey, it might even go better, and some of those AMC fans might even include you in a video—some great free advertising. :)
<<FREE ADVICE, TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT>>
Before anyone mentions FTDs, you really should know how the stock market tech works, as this seems to be the main sticking point about naked short selling on the AMC stock: the fact that there were a lot of FTDs must mean it's naked short selling and that the shorts haven't covered or will cover "soon."
Well, the answer is so very simple, and basically, this is why you should not be hoping for a short squeeze on this stock... ever again, really. It's the tech that actually runs the stock market and its limited clearing capacity that causes FTDs.
Here is what causes FTDs other than "naked shorts":
Settlement Bottlenecks: During periods of extreme trading activity, the sheer volume of trades can overwhelm clearing systems, causing temporary delays in share delivery.
Short Selling Without Sufficient Borrowing: Even in legitimate short selling, there can be delays in locating and borrowing shares, leading to temporary FTDs.
Recall of Loaned Shares: If shares are loaned out and recalled by the lender (e.g., a mutual fund or pension fund), it might cause a delay for the short seller to locate replacement shares.
Market Makers: Market makers are allowed to sell shares they haven’t yet borrowed (a form of legal naked shorting) to maintain liquidity. If they fail to deliver shares promptly, it could result in FTDs.
Cross-Border Trades: International trades might involve different settlement systems with varying timelines, leading to temporary mismatches.
Corporate Actions: Events like stock splits, mergers, or dividends can complicate the settlement process.
Options-Driven FTDs: When options are exercised, especially during periods of high volatility, the delivery of shares may be delayed if there is a lack of available shares in the market.
Now ask yourself, during the meme wave and the high FTDs that people were claiming were evidence of naked short selling, how many of the above actions were going on during the original extreme trading squeeze of AMC?
The answer: probably all of the above.
Do yourself a favor, get out of this stock before they claim bankruptcy. The ONLY reason the company is still alive is because so many people are holding on to the stock, hoping for another squeeze. All AMC is doing is raising capital from those shareholders, reducing its stock price even further.
That will happen until the last drop of investor money has been taken.
bullshit. why isnt the price going up then, never goes up
ОтветитьLOL , sure
ОтветитьCNK is a much better run theater company. They actually are diversifying and using their space for non-movie events, such as concert syndication and eventually sporting events. Taylor Swift sold more tickets than any movie ever. Read that last part again.
