I collect enough stuff so collecting statues isn't something I'm really going to do. Maybe I'll buy one or two more but no more than that.

Well, i think I envision more changes coming in the channel in the near future. Different contents perhaps in some of your videos, other interests etc; in fact you've already started, and its going great. But i gotta say, you know, that while i love the NBA (Spurs fan here) and watch regularly, what it is a real mystery (still) is what you call football. I gotta watch more and learn more about it🤔 i think. What we call football here in Argentina (and you call soccer) its actually our national sport. In fact its more than a sport, its a national passion (i dont know if the expression applies but you know what i mean). We go berserk (in a good way, mostly) for our national team, really. A while ago we got our third World Cup⭐⭐⭐ and we are completely crazy about that still. I know, i know, you might say what the hell do i care?? But hey, i told you its a national passion for us⚽. So here's to our great sports🇦🇷🇺🇸🍺🍺🍺

You said you have 25 on Pre-Order? Doesn't sound quite like quitting to me lol. But much better considering how many you used to have bro!!! I have transitioned from statue/bust collecting into Pinball collecting personally. Up to 5 Pinball machines now. I got Jaws, Jurassic Park, James Bond, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Black Knight Sword of Rage.

I have the statues I want (about 50), I collect a few figures here and there though still

I may do about 3 more after that. If I get anything else, it'll be a replacement to what I have, and the old one must go. Side note I'm on one day not drinking I'm putting an end to that craziness today. I'm thinking tequila.

At least here in Brasil, most statues 1/4 and 1/3 are hard to sell. You’ll loose a lot of money and all the tiring logistics. I’ve started to decrease and being more sellective about 2 years ago, but it does not mean stopping, because collectors are addicted. As you said, statues are expensive, but somehow they bring us some joy. Despite of that, as you already said, storing is complicated, but one thing important to observe: we’re getting older and older, and getting harder to manipulate all these stuff.

Been collecting for about 2 years now (too late for uninflated prices, I know but I'd just grad & started working then). Don't plan on quitting the hobby just yet but Definitely going about it in a controlled manner lmao! I'd have gone broke if I didn't...plus I make sure I only have 1 piece per character so it helps to keep the collection smaller

If your desire to buy ever outweighs your ability to display, I'll be happy to rehome at least one statue. I'll send you pics & vids however often you want. lol jk nr

When I first started around 2016 I would watch videos of collectors like Lou and hear his advice before starting. I can honestly say I have stuck to my list and statues did come up that were not on my list that I purchased. But overall I have not went away from my list,with my recent Premier Hulk statue I have 3 more statues I’m waiting on and I’m done. I might continue if I do eventually sell to replace for another but I still enjoy watching my older pieces as the newer ones keep getting better.

I dont collect statues. I collect legends. But im on this "path" too. Stop buying, get rid of some type of path for me. Thanks for sharing.

I am kinda new to collecting and I started to have no more rooms for statues .. i’ll be lying to myself that I dont wanna buy more and stop once no room available .. but i guess my plan is to just rotating statues (Buy & Sell) and keeping my display clean and not crowded

I totally feel you bud, Now at over 400 1/6 scale high-end figures I have thought about getting out of or at least sliming the collection way down. I have paused my statue collecting to pieces that I really wish to own. I have gotten into Star Wars Hot Toy collecting.

I’ve slowed down my purchasing by 60%. 1) because the way this country is going and 2) the main reason, I’m literally out of room

Streamlining that collection! Less is more, anyways.

Great advice. Enticement is hard to turn away from. I would love being surrounded by all of those in my home. I don’t own a single one because of lack of money to buy one. Be blessed friends
