I make $4k a day day trading options from 10am-12pm EST. Not necessarily “passive” as it took me years to learn how to do that. But it’s definitely not real estate and or long term index fund investing. There are ways to make a lot of money. They may not be 1000% passive, but they will provide you with the freedom that you want. It will require some initial work and dedication though. But depending on how quickly you can shorten your learning curve, something like intra day trading, if you know what you’re doing, can literally turn you from a pauper to a prince and maximize your freedom/independence. I became a millionaire working 2 hours a day from my bedroom in my basketball shorts. 😉

Public markets require little money but a lot of time to compound to an amount you can live on. Real Estate is quicker income stream but it takes a lot of capital. Both are good options but if your working a 9 to 5 this advice does not get you there quickly. No free lunches folks

Passive income means having wealth of some sort. Some wealth you can make for yourself. Either through a job, or through creating. Some wealth is luck of some sort.

There is a tons of methods for passive income/almost passive if you dont know any doesnt mean its not exist and real estate is the one of the worst by apr.Most buisness activity can easily be a passive income just hire employees and do nothing. The real problem is how to get a passive income without singificant ammount of money at the start? And its really way harder the more poor you are and easier for richer to get more rich. For example you opened a small coffee shop and hired 2 emploes which do all the work for you. It already cost you a lot rent/salary/machines for first couple months it normal to barely have any profit and you spend some for advertisments and sell make coffee more affordable to get more clients. But you are poor any mistake you make can be fatal for poor miscalcuted on your profits and IRS at your door? Pay a critical big ammount for that. Forget to have extinguisher? Well bad you. The place you ve rent appears to be away from people? Well gotta do everything all over again. Emploe you ve hired appeared to be racist and rude to clients? You are cancelled. And while richer people have a big safery pillow for all that you dont thats how you need to apply for macdonalds and think there is no passive income
