Since you wanna be dishonest and edit the answer out… I’ll answer it for you. The reason Biden wasn’t prosecuted is because he cooperated once the documents were found. It’s the same reason Pence was not prosecuted. If Trump would have given the documents back, and not be caught on tape Sharing them with people who did not have clearance (which included himself at the time), it would’ve ended there. If you want to make the argument about Hillary Clinton, then I can get on board with that, because there is no good reason that she was not prosecuted. Extremely careless is the standard that is used for every day people like you and I.
