That impressivly detailed ninja is made of more than one sheet of paper.
Therefor him going through the crack during the one scene is a lie
(Yes I do origami)
I call it. Origami
ОтветитьSaw this movie in history class and it was fucking dope
Ответитьi will not accept any criticism for my favourite movie
ОтветитьI watched that movie and I still have no idea what the moral of the story is
ОтветитьI was TERRIFIED of those two fast ladies as a little kid, like I had way too many nightmares.
ОтветитьBro it’s a good movie but it gave me nightmares
ОтветитьOne of my favorite movie, so good! I can't wait to watch it with my 5 years old, still waiting a bit since it can be scary for a kid that young..
ОтветитьI wish you kept going with that song in the end LMAOOO
ОтветитьBeautiful animation. Bafflingly white washed cast. It's one thing to hire stars to redub an anime into English (Ghibli comes to mind), but when you're MAKING the damned movie, and the movie is based deeply around Japanese culture and your FIRST choice for "Beetle Samurai" is f'ing Matthew McConaughey, it's just confusing. I mean like...usually they'll at least get the KIDS role culturally accurate (unless it's Avatar), especially if hes the main character and the movie is HEAVILY inspired by that particular culture, but NAAAH. Art "We spent pretty much all of our casting budget on McConaughey, Charlize Theron and Ralph Fiennes" Parkinson will have to do to round out one of the whitest animated casts ever put to film.
And none of the expensive, bullshit Hollywood casting made the film "better". None of it. They just wanted big flashy Oscar bait names for their goddamn billboards, plot and premise be damned and considering how utterly forgettable this movie is, it didn't pay off at all. Made the entire experience feel hollow and soulless. I love Laika but the casting for this movie was atrocious.
I have it on 3D Blu-ray and it is amazing in 3D
ОтветитьDude you honestly complain too much on movies you made a channel about it. How about you make a movie and then complain about other movies on top of that a stop motion film
Ответить“That’s Amore” I literally just heard that song for the first time, yesterday when I was watching No Good Nick.
ОтветитьThe moon king look like grandmoff tarkin😊
ОтветитьNext time I watch this I’m going to think of Evanescence
ОтветитьHow tf do I remember 80% of this movie when I haven’t watched it since a decade?!
ОтветитьThey died of the bends. 😂😂😂
ОтветитьI love this movie, but the fact that Beatle could've simply picked them up and flown across the river is baffling to me, but I guess they did have to find the breastplate so nevermind
ОтветитьONE OF LAIKA'S BEST MOVIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ОтветитьIT'S KAIBO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ОтветитьLOL DO YOU WANT AUNTS?!
ОтветитьLOL PAPER CUT!
ОтветитьLol I think the romance is different from how you seeing it. He's saying she is his Quest not his Conquest. Conquest is the "I'm taking over ownership" but "you are my quest" feels more like "you are my life's purpose" hense very very romantic 😌
ОтветитьWait this actually exists. I thought I only dreamed of this movie
ОтветитьThis was me and my sisters favourite movie for years
ОтветитьStop motion will always hold a special place in my heart 💯
Nevertheless, Well done Cinemasins 😂
I still think this movie is amazing!
ОтветитьWish this movie got more attention studio Laika outside of Coraline is so underrated
ОтветитьMy favorite part in this movie is the skeleton monster got monkey but I like the way that monkey is a damsel in distress
ОтветитьLaika hasn’t made many movies, but it’s still an awesome movie studio
ОтветитьSin off for every time you called that instrument a guitar. It is NOT a guitar.
ОтветитьThank god I finally found this video
ОтветитьShamisin. Not a guitar, shamisin. Imagine walking up to someone playing the banjo and saying "nice violin, bro." Sorry, but that bugged me more than it should have lol
ОтветитьI also like the part where monkey becomes a mum
Ответитьorigamorgy ORIGAMORGY i mean the genius is unrivaled
ОтветитьI can’t believe that CinemaSins missed an obvious sin. That of the rising and setting Sun, in the very beginning.
Both Suns are seen from the mom, overlooking the ocean. This implies that the Sun rises from the east, stops, and turns its hot ass around to set back in the east.
Look, I’m no astrophysicist, but I feel like a Sun that NEVER sets in the opposite direction would have world ending implications.
Laika themselves admitted that this was a goof. Not the mother’s magic or some other shenanigans…they just liked the shot of the rising and setting Suns casting light within the cave.
“If you’re Monkey and I’m Beetle, why isn’t he called ‘boy’”
ОтветитьThis movie always terrified me
ОтветитьPedantic note: A sword is not part of a suit of armor. It may be something you use with it, but it is NOT part of it.
Ответитьinsulting japanesse culture as a movie review is crass.
ОтветитьThe second they said you can’t fidget, I was playing with my necklace
