Trading Nidus for Nekros isn't good unless you have a really experienced team who have done a ton of it already. A bad Nidus can make it really painful for the whole team because of Executioner Gorth. I've had a lot of experiences where Nidus players would claim to understand what to do but won't spam their larva enough making Gorth one-shot the Nidus and then everyone else.
