I would’ve given her life without parole. That’s what that little boy got with a murdering mother like her
ОтветитьRIP Quinton, Justicehas been served! Baby Boy!
ОтветитьRIP DAN MARKEL!!!!!!! RIP QUINTON SIMON💙😭
ОтветитьShe showed no remorse, no care until her brother gets up and speak on her behalf. Unbelievable and Billy Joe… how that woman is out walking, enjoying her life with all she is responsible for makes it so Quinton will never come close to getting complete justice- if there is such a thing.
RIP Quinton Simon🪽🩵
Rest peacefully, Sweet Boy
Prosecutor Dean is absolutely flawless in this case, and I suspect as general practice. Just spot-on execution and so classy. Hats off to him and justice served, as best as could be in a case so heinous and unnecessary as this. LS is an absolute MONSTER and to hear her say “my baby” this and that is disgusting, and insulting to common sense and every single person who ACTUALLY loves and cares for their children, even if imperfectly
ОтветитьWhy in the world is Billy jo standing up for?Her monster daughter took her grandson's life she should have stood up for baby q like that but she failed him just like his monster mom did I hope she stays in there forever
ОтветитьIf you’re innocent, you don’t need to lie over and over, you help them find your boy! You move mountains! There wasn’t a sense of urgency in her. Hope his face haunts her in her dreams.
ОтветитьIf only that uncle, aunt, so called grandmother/Leilani mother and step dad fought as hard for those kids as they are for Leilani in Quinton’s M case. 🤢 If they gave an oz of care, Quinton would be alive today. How is Billy Joe not in prison with her daughter?
ОтветитьI don't know how these judges sleep at night!! Why does she deserve the possibility of parole!
ОтветитьYou can M a baby and get out of prison in your 60’s. We have a very broken system. And now we don’t even put the fines on them when they make a mockery of m’ing their baby?
ОтветитьSo disappointed. 😔
The prosecutor was amazing & it was obvious his heart was invested in this case, like many of us. And as much as I like this judge, I think she got it wrong. I would feel entirely different had Lalani AT ANY POINT seemed to care. She is self absorbed, has absolutely no redeeming qualities & doesn’t deserve parole- hopefully the parole board sees that down the road.
So many people love you Quinton, you deserved so much better. RIP sweet baby.👼
Trying to put the crime she committed on innocent people makes her a threat to society.
ОтветитьShe needs life with No parole
ОтветитьShould not get a chance at parole and all sentences should have been consecutive!!
ОтветитьWow she should’ve gotten life no parole she gets to keep living while her son rotted in a landfill 🥺
ОтветитьBillie Jo says she wasn’t so far gone. I believe that because she didn’t murder a child. But I’m disgusted that Leilani wasn’t given life without parole.
ОтветитьWhy is the grandmother crying for the child murderer and not poor Quinton?
Ответитьas heart breaking this case is wow her family loves her and that is what unconditional love looks like. people who hate them for the love they have is sad. it's hard enough for them 2 loses doesn't make any of it right.
ОтветитьAnyways, whoever did Judge Stokes' hair was on point girl. She's looking stunning despite the horrendous case present before her. I dont know how Judges (not all of em) can remain unbaised and graceful through it all. I feel the same about doctors and nurses. Do you become desensitized or do you have to master the art of holding it all in?
ОтветитьPathetic bunch of people. Poor baby stood no chance.
ОтветитьWhat. A. Horrible. Woman. “My baby’s been through enough. I want him home.” Throw away the key
ОтветитьWell ma’am, they were prob crying because they don’t see you but three times a year and wanted to spend time with you! Ironic, I know. Idiots
ОтветитьLike Susan Smith I hope Leilani never gets parole as there's no parole for any of those 3 sweet little boy's so why should the women who murdered them get parole.
ОтветитьI whole-heartedly agree with the prosecutor. Well-spoken! Justice for the innocent child.
ОтветитьJudge was too lenient. Soft
ОтветитьAll these concurrent sentences are horse pookie
ОтветитьA disappointing end. I feel gross after hearing those people vouch for her.
ОтветитьNot that crazy aunt trying to justify everything by blaming drugs, prosecution, and literally anything else besides Leilani herself. What a bunch of nonsense.
ОтветитьI’m at that age, and one who’s been a sister to three siblings; one took his life; drugs unbeknownst to us assisted in his decision. I haven’t always had a pleasant life. I’ve suffered for decades with mental health illnesses. I’m sure it contributed to making poor choices where relationships were concerned. I was too young of a mother to two wonderful children. I loved and love them with the whole of my heart. Although, I never spanked & tormented them through verbal abuse, the events that took place with DV, the taking of a child out of custody, etcc, is a fracture for them.
Ive watched drugs & alcoholism destroy peoples lives; those I know, knew, & worked with as well. I am thankful I not that person.
Ive seen both the cruelest behaviors in so many people, including parents, at jobs, in medical settings, school employees, etccc. I’ve also witnessed the best in human behaviors; yes, good people exist.
I’m posting this because there once was an innocent little girl, who I believe, had she stayed with her Aunt & Uncle could have strived in life. Her Mother was supposed to have custody of those little ones; where was her responsibility? She went back to live with parents whom I also believe had poor parenting skills, drug issues of their own, and allowed three angels to live together in one room downstairs with more than one father at different intervals of time. All were involved with drugs; where was her Mother? Did she not ever see or hear abuses, smell certain drugs being used? Unfortunately, this is the outcome that can come with inter generational addiction, and/or abuses. And, her Mother knows with deep sorrow she has tremendous guilt.
I believe this young mother was abusive to her children, especially Quinton, who is the victim here. She deserves a harsh sentence.
Life is not a simple game we all have to play. Let this yet be another lesson when you get involved in relationships, parent, befriending others, see others causing harm, and making decisions in your lives. Teach your children well. Be the helper. And, Reach Out if life feels too much!
I lost my mother to drugs. She abandoned us when I was a baby. I always wanted her back, I didn't care what condition she was in. She died when I was 18. Hearing Billie Jo testify moved my soul. I have always rooted for moms who survive their addiction and keep trying to change. And I always will.
ОтветитьWho has lelani other kids
ОтветитьTHIS MONSTER SHOULD OF GOTTEN LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE YALL SHOULD OF ONLY GAVE THIS HEARTLESS MONSTER THIS NO JUSTICE SENTENCE ONLY IF SHE SPOKE ABOUT THAT DAY YALL CUT HER A HUGE ASS BREAK AND SHE CAN'T EVEN TELL YALL WHAT HAPPENED ARE WERE HIS HOLE BODY IS EVEN AT LIKE WERE IS THE JUSTICE FOR THIS PRECIOUS BABY I HOPE JUSTICE HAPPENS IN PRISON
ОтветитьThe judge failed Quinton. Life with the possibility of parole? What a travesty. Why would the judge ask the defendant if she would allow Quinton's remains to be released for burial? She should not have any say on this matter since she murdered Quinton. The guilty charges with a concurrent sentence simply means you are guilty, but you will not receive punishment. Another travesty. This defendant denied responsibility for Quinton's murder and showed no remorse. I agree with the prosecution's position for life without parole, and that is what it should have been. No tears from this " mother " for Quinton but only for herself. Perhaps Leilani Simon will receive prison justice as we hear inmates have a particular revulsion for baby killers. I don't know if it happens in female prisons, but I have heard of it in male prisons. I am not saying it is right, but maybe just.
ОтветитьImagine tossing the innocent child you created in the dumpster and saying it was old shrimp pasta she threw out. She’s a vile excuse of a human being
ОтветитьShe deserves no parole
ОтветитьShe cries for her brother and not her own child
ОтветитьHow could you stand up for this child killer… hell no I’d have no nice words for her
ОтветитьNone of those tears were shed for Quinton
ОтветитьBilly Jo should be locked up too.🤬
ОтветитьI live just down the street from where she dumped him and I think this jury and the judge is stupid..she deserves no sympathy..should never be getting out
ОтветитьIm crying just from when she showed the judge the picture of his headstone , and how they all came together for Quintin but leilani didn’t shed a tear, she didn’t change her face emotions at all! She is a cold blooded k!ller. 💔💔💔 that little boy is her literal twin! Looked just like her, but a handsome version. So sad 😭
ОтветитьSo how long is she gonna spend in prison?
ОтветитьPossibility of her getting out at 62 years old doesn’t sit right with me. May her parole be denied 😢
ОтветитьHer mom: all those crying sounds and not a tear
ОтветитьThis entire family is trash and hopefully won’t be procreating again, especially with her now in prison. I only hope that those other kids of hers can get therapy early enough to become decent citizens, not a drain on an already-burdened system.
Also. I have a feeling the only thing Leilani will miss about poor Quinton is the monthly welfare check. 😡
I hope the monster isn't let out. The family talked good praise about the killer but no one mentioned about Quinton. The whole family has issues.
ОтветитьThat "aunt" is a monster too. The judge should have told her to stfu.
ОтветитьВот адекватное правосудие.В России бы дали 10 лет, и то с удо.
