I saw this with my 12yo Mormon nephew, and I was still Mormon at the time too. After watching that fight and seeing Cap fall 15+ floors and land on his shield, the theater was completely silent. Until I stage whispered, “Holy SHIT…”

I don't mean to be this guy but all these men have literally witnessed him do almost impossible things and they thought they can win in a fight

Cap landed on a Vibranium frisbee and a bunch of broken glass…not a single cut anywhere on his body. This is the real Captain America. This movie absolutely peaked in the Captain America franchise.

Compared to the fight scenes in The Raid series, this…this is actually kinda ass.

The shield may absorb all vibrations (IIRC) but that doesn't mean the sudden stop from a drop that high isn't going to at least break something, probably something important.

No one has ever explained to me how after cutting the cable to the elevator, and dropping several floors in a matter of seconds the tactical unit was already running towards the stopped elevator so quickly

Frank Grillo is such an awesome and underrated actor. He always plays a villain usually in his movies but he’s phenomenal. He was good in “Black and Blue”.
