DtR, this car isn't a Vector. It's a Megatech. The company took a good design, which took years and years to develop, and wrapped it around an existing Lamborghini chassis. It's slow, simple, bulbous, and ... well, it's normal. I'm glad you got to drive one of your dream cars though, as I have yet to drive MY dream car: the actual Avtech W-8. One day, man...

The M12 is not a real vector. It is crappy quality built by a crappy company. The original W8 was made in America by Americans for Americans.

Why does it have to be a Lamborgini engine? Why cant they make an engine block from scratch & call it a Vector engine? People have been casting metals for thousand years. Whats the point in calling it American sports car if the most important part isnt American?

Thought it would sound like a Lamborghini since it has the engine from one. Also seems a little sluggish.

I lived near Orange Park, FL when these were still being made. I saw them on the road a few times. Better than the W3, but the W8 will always be my favorite.

The M12 is a Vector FAKE.
It's been made by Megacrap, a bunch of rich lunatics eager to get a car brand under their arses, which had aggressively taken over Vector in a hostile takeover.
They had not the slightest of what Vector was about, or had any insights/knowhow of Gerald Wiegert or his team had.
Using utterly shitty materials which were FAR below standard for Vector.
A mishap/lie of the worst kind.
