It's nice to see an episode of someone who's not naturally an extrovert and succeeding and to see someone make it from the ground up.
ОтветитьI like that Andrew seems pretty transparent and honest. He's not trying to be like anyone else, instead he is focused on providing good service and continuing to grow and learn. Kudos!! Sage advice from someone young in years but old in experience.
ОтветитьDESTIN FL!?!? Pleaseee come here! Me and my co workers follow you and want to come!!
ОтветитьDestin, FL?! My branch owner wants to talk to you. We're a small, local, bank and our team could really learn from you! Can you get with me asap?
ОтветитьLet’s get to work!!!
ОтветитьLet’s go!! Andrew is the man.
ОтветитьGolden content keep grinding homie
ОтветитьDoes he have a team to help him and an assistant?
ОтветитьThat is great advice. I'll start reaching out and working open houses
ОтветитьThank you so much for this episode. It gives me so much encouragement. I’m 6 months into the industry with only about 1.2 million closed. So hearing that he hit 10 million in his full first year and then much more after that really inspires me. Thanks! Good job Andrew.
ОтветитьAwesome content as usual! When are you coming to Tampa? I have to make sure I'm there!
ОтветитьThanks a lot for this video
ОтветитьI see the event is in Tampa west chase. I used to live in that area but am now in Cookeville, Tennessee. I just reverted the industry and am a week and half in with my company and I’m so inspired right now with this interview! Wish I was still in Tampa to attend. Hopefully I’ll catch an event in Nashville, Knoxville or Chattanooga.
ОтветитьAmazing story
ОтветитьI wish you'd let the guy answer the questions.
ОтветитьCan I be on the show if I do 50 million in 2024 (10 months into the business right now)
ОтветитьCan you guys do an episode on calculating income?
ОтветитьCan you guys do an episode on calculating income?
ОтветитьStop talking so much and let your guest speak 🙏🏼🙏🏼
ОтветитьGreat episode. I loved Andrew's advice of building relationships not only with your referral partners but also with your industry peers.
ОтветитьThis interviewer LOVES the sound of his own voice!! nearly every answer by Andrew triggered a 30 second - 1 minute rant and then he switches directions which led to a bad, choppy flow to the interview. Audience would love to actually hear more of what Andrew had to share instead of listening to this guy dominate the conversation with what he has going on. Comical almost
ОтветитьRight @ minute 16 Andrew said something that really hit home for me...... "that you really need to have someone right there to communicate with in the beginning. Having that person there, with the experience, was extremely beneficial"......THAT IMO is what is lacking in most lending situations I've found. I've been in real estate for over 30 years & I don't think I would have been half as successful as I was had it not been for a great broker/manager to guide me & be available for questions, etc. I'm just entering the MLO side of real estate lending &, especially b/c almost everything is done remotely now, I am missing that mentorship.... thus me finding this podcast.
ОтветитьI’m 90 days in having NMLS. I’ve been trying to narrow down my career and this podcast makes the decision easier. New subscriber 🤝
ОтветитьLike real estate brokerages, who you train from is a big factor in your future success. The industry is surprisingly small, even though it seems big at times.
ОтветитьWhat wasn't covered is how he got the leads.. as an introvert.. cold calls?
ОтветитьIf you talked less, and your guests talked more, this would be a lot better show.
Ответитьyou (whatever your name is HOST) -- you talk too much and interrupt too much -- we want to hear the guest to your show and less of you ----
ОтветитьCould not concentrate on the interview with so many interruptions.
ОтветитьWish I could actually hear the guy talk. Ask a question and let him answer
ОтветитьI haven't even gone thru 10 mins of this podcast, I don't hear Andrew finished his own story. You cut him off too much! Is it his story or your story? Just because he's an introvert, you should let him tell his story. After all, this is what the podcast about right?
Ответитьthank you!
ОтветитьStopped doing loans when the economy crashed.. Looking to start again.. Just learned that I need a license... Hopefully I can get started on a fast track.. Once I get my license..
ОтветитьI just can't help but feel like the host doesn't have patience to let people finish their words. Like many others reviews mentioned, the interruption is almost irritating. I know hosts tend to summarize, but it was very excessive and overly done.
ОтветитьWhich City and State?
