Pathogenesis - I am probably extrapolating.

I would say that - Whenever there is some kind of tear there will be chronic inflammation at play and formation of webs.

Chronic inflammation is always followed by deposition of collagen fibres; see this is the reason why you the lungs lose elasticity when after chronic insult of any kind.

The webs cause dysphagia.

So for some reason iron deficiency anemia causes -> Inflammation (Why? sorry I don't know) There will be repair -> web formation -> Dysphagia.

Fatique weakness and all is because of Iron deficiency anemia.

Maybe Iron deficiency causes glossitis cheilosis and inflammation in this area is because with anemia it becomes difficult for the body to repair minor cuts caused during chewing. Wound healing gets delayed with anemia.

what cause of plummer syndrome?

Aetiology-Iron deficiency anaemia.
Pyridoxin deficiency
Follic acid deficiency
Autoimmune disease

More tolerable with the speed at 1.25
